Paloma Village Center — Local services in Four Corners States

I went to Flemings on Mother's Day with my wife and daughter. While it was busy, I had a reservation, so we were seated pretty quickly. Our server's name was Matt, and he did an amazing job attending to our needs and taking care of us. The seafood tower was awesome as usual and hit the spot. We didn't order any other appetizers because we knew we would not be able to eat much of our food as we would be too full. When our food arrived, it was hot, fresh, and very good quality. I ordered the Tomahawk, and while it was a little undercooked, the flavor was tremendous. It was once that when I reheated the leftovers the next day on the microwave, they were still perfect and not dried out like at other places. My wife had the NY Strip Oscar style, and it was perfect. My daughter ordered the Ribeye and she was very happy. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes paired very well with our food. I have more than 10 years Staying in this hotel, always had a excelent service in all areas, i back to the hotel after 3 years (for covid) and everthing change, the restaurant dont have the same Quality of before, old and torn Bed sheets and pillos, they dont have cleaning service on weekend. That no is the service expected from a 4 star...
