I would leave no stars if I could. I originally spoke with Mary in July to book a pony for my daughters 4th birthday party in October. I had a handful of questions and she told me they were very flexible and were completely open in October. Even so, I didn't want to lose the spot, so once I had some things organized for the party and picked the exact day, I paid my booking fee on 8/22/22. I sent the documents and booking receipt to both Mary's phone number and email (as she had asked me to do). I got no response. So I contacted her again several days later to ensure she received my booking fee...no response. In early September, we needed to change the location for the party. So I called and emailed Mary and filled out a new form with the new location, sent to both email and text...no response. I continued to call and leave messages and at this point I started to worry. I finally got ahold of Mary mid-September and she said she "wasn't in front of a computer", but that she would track down my details and make sure she had the new address. I thought this sounded good, and the new address was only a couple of minutes from the old one, so I felt a lot better about the whole situation. Then, 1 week before the party, Mary calls me to tell me she finally found my information and that she needed to cancel because she already booked for a party at that time. I was shocked, because the last we had spoken she sounded like there were no problems. Clearly someone had booked for the same time AFTER me but she decided to honor them instead. Mary tried to pretend like I hadn't sent in my information correctly, and I resent everything with the date stamps. My assumption is that she got another party with a larger, pricier package, and she decided to do that instead. She generously offered to refund my booking fee, which was also a hassle to get back. She asked twice for my information to send it back. The lack of coordination and communication was astonishing, and to cancel last minute was unacceptable. For someone who's business is to celebrate children's birthdays, it's pretty crazy she could be this disorganized. It was a HUGE disappointment for my child. I will never book with this business again, and if anyone asks for a recommendation from me, I will promote her...

Tomy, one of the owners, reached out after my review. He was very nice and explained that his wife’s grandma is the one who books the ponies. He mentioned they do their best to manage booking, but there is an opportunity for improvement. He offered to see if he could arrange the ponies for a different date, however, we had already committed to 4/5. Unfortunately that was not an option for us. He then offered $ off for a future booking and a gift card for all of the hassle. I appreciate his sincerity in reaching out and I am hopeful they can come up with a more efficient online booking system so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. All this to say - give them a try!
I am utterly disappointed at the mismanagement, unorganized individuals that are employed to secure bookings.
I had been emailing back and forth with MARY regarding booking. I was unable to send the booking fee via Zelle (their link goes to the main Zelle not their specific company link) and I was assured our spot for 4/5 was being held - she said they had nothing and she would put me on the schedule. I told her I would send her a pic of my check and the application that I put in the mail. She said no problem and I did that!
I get a call over 24 hours later that she is confused and 4/5 is booked and she doesn’t remember our phone conversation from yesterday!!??!
I was coordinating a petting zoo and pony rides and now I have to figure something else out. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
