United States Postal Service — Local services in Fox Lake

The packages always come days after the expected delivery date. I been trying to contact Usps for 45 minutes on 3 different phone calls regarding a lost , expensive package but it’s impossible to talk to an actual person. It’s just one giant endless loop of automated telephone service. After Screaming and my blood reaching it’s boiling point I just gave up. When going to the Fox Lake, IL post office these days it can be a hit or miss regarding customer service. This week I was extremely pleased having met and had a wonderfully engaging experience with the postal associate at the counter. Natalie was incredibly personable while being a consummate professional serving her customers while developing a rapport! Most of the workers are amazing, expect one guy with grey hair and a grey beard berating me for not having tape on me. Everyone else tapes my box for me, he tried to make me buy tape when there is an open tape roll right next to him.
