I would like to leave more stars because the food we have ordered for carry out and door dash was good. However, the first time we ordered a couple of cheeseburgers with 2 orders of fries and some potato salad. Only received on order of fries, no lettuce, tomato, etc.. Paid for them but didn't receive. Gave Lynn Catherines a call said they made a mistake, no biggie. We didn't want a credit or fries, just wanted to let them know that it happened. Wanted to order from the a few nights ago. I tried to call on their land line several times only to get their automated phone saying to leave a message.

So tonight I ordered with Door Dash.. I have to say that it left a lot to the imagination.. We had a 1/2 lb and 1/3 lb burgers with bacon lettuce tomato pickles and onions. On Door Dash they give you a choice of bread for your hamburger... I put in the comments, special instructions use a regular bun. Because the choices were a sub roll, marble rye, white bread, but not a hamburger bun! Our hamburgers came on sub rolls, needless to say it was a bit difficult to eat. They were cooked right tasted good, but no bun..... Plus there was no option for CHEESE!!!

Lynn Catherines please get your menu together with the DOOR DASH app... I mean a sub roll... PLEASE!!!! I like the food, but the carry out service NEEDS WORK... All this in the space...

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! I went for a quick bite when the waiter kept walking past me like I didn’t exist. I’ve been here before but there was a different bartender this day and surely a different vibe. I am African American and I felt like I was being ignored. When I tried to get another bartenders attention she looked me over and said the bartender was busy and I need to be patient. She then shook her head and scoffed as though I was beneath her. Offended, I then asked her what was her issue and she explained I could leave and started yelling at me. By this time the male bartender chimed in with her along side a few patrons and I felt like an angry lynching mob was out to get me. They started yelling all type of racist slurs and demanded I leave. I felt like I was in a time capsule. 2024 and still -we have...

Starving. Only 1 person working - bartender/cook making food and serving drinks at same time. Didn't get first drink for about 8 minutes sitting at bar - she was cooking. My friend ordered a hamburger and I ended up ordering the same thing (what I really wanted was the Italian sub) because I knew it would save her time in the kitchen. With the Covid19 thing going on and everything less than 100%, I took solice in the fact that my burger was made to perfection and the bartender/cook was professional and courteous and because she worked so hard - I will definitely be back!...
