My wife, Louise, and I have known Cindi as our ”go to jeweler” for over 35 years. Without exception, she and her staff have always been very responsive to our needs... no matter what those needs have been.
Cindi has grown her business in a well conceived customer focused strategy adapting as always to the vicissitudes of a complex changing fashion market place.
Although an astute business woman whose progress we have personally seen develop, her very focused attention to customer satisfaction has never fallen from the very top of her flag pole of key entrepreneurial priorities.
Her staff always seems to enjoy working at their jobs in the store and are obviously well trained in assisting customers with often difficult purchasing/gift decisions – especially for some men who would rather choose a root canal than making a critical gift decision for a loved one.
We’ve also noted that Cindi has become a significant member of the Foxboro downtown development project, and her opinion of numerous plans, programs, and ideas to maintain and expand the historical New England charm of downtown Foxborough are frequently sought after by the key players of those activities.
I could go on and say more, but Google just informed me that I am about to suffer a “time out! “ If you have never been to Cindi’s shop, please go and meet her. As trite as it may sound, “you’ll be glad you did. “

Read moreWe first ordered my wedding band from here, no major issue other than it took four extra weeks. I wanted my ring to look perfect for my wedding day so I opted to have my 18k rose gold plated with 14k rose gold to match my band and cover all the scratches. Looked beautiful in the store. First day I wore it, turned a purple/black hue. I was never warned this could happen but even if, after 5 hours of wearing? Really? My engagement ring also to this day still does not fit in the setting and I have already brought it back once to have it adjusted. I also asked how to remedy the color change and was told to buy a special solution. I did, and have used it every day I have worn it to only have it darken within hours. Completely ridiculous. So here I am having spent $2,400 just on bands and a resize to have a nice wedding set and am already looking for a new engagement ring setting because my original one is now ruined and still having fit issues. Also, no warranty was given with the bands either. At $2,200 I expected some form of warranty. Not impressed with the service here. I gave two stars and not 1 because Cindi as person comes across as kind and trustworthy, which I can appreciate in this type...
Read moreI found Cindi's by mistake actually as I went to a different jeweler to have a wedding ring re-constructed. They said the job was too involved and I headed home. Passed by Cindi's Diamond & Jewelry store and stopped in. Turns out Cindi actually specializes in the restoration of antique jewelry. Since my wife and I have been married almost 40 years, I guess the ring 'qualifies' for being an antique. Not sure what that makes me?
My wife's wedding ring was stolen so I was having my matching wedding ring repaired and adding a diamond so she would end up with an original copy of her ring. Anyway, Cindi was able to fully repair this ring which was hand built originally. Lots of scroll work and intricate rope designs. Then mountings for a full caret size diamond was added. Cindi's supplied the diamond, which was very nice. Clear, sparkling and nice color. The end result was a beautiful ring that my wife simply loved!
I would highly recommend Cindi's for any type of jewelry needs. They are very pleasant to deal with, have a nice relaxed atmosphere in the store and most importantly, she...
