The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Framingham

Just left honey baked ham in Framingham and the service was horrible. The lady behind the counter (who I’m assuming is the manager) was being awfully rude to one of the other employees. I waited in line for 10 minutes then was told they aren't allowing customers to place orders for future pick up (but it was not written anywhere in store for customers to know this info) When I asked one of the cashiers for their hours on Christmas Eve, the rude woman shouted at me their hours and told me not to expect any small hams. (Which i was looking to purchase a large one) I’m usually willing to spend $100 here because the hams are delicious but they need to work on how they treat customers...

We lived over 8 years in Gainesville FL ( GO GATA). One of are favorite restaurants was The Honey Bake Ham in Oaks mall. My boyfriend and I come here when we just want a very simple basic sandwich and are too lazy to make one ourselves. The ambiance is cute but a little unsettling because the place is always empty — I don’t think many people eat in here. Still, we always have a fun time when we do stop by. The sandwiches are fresh and yummy, and they have non-pork options if ham isn’t your thing.
