Just left honey baked ham in Framingham and the service was horrible. The lady behind the counter (who I’m assuming is the manager) was being awfully rude to one of the other employees. I waited in line for 10 minutes then was told they aren't allowing customers to place orders for future pick up (but it was not written anywhere in store for customers to know this info) When I asked one of the cashiers for their hours on Christmas Eve, the rude woman shouted at me their hours and told me not to expect any small hams. We lived over 8 years in Gainesville FL ( GO GATA). One of are favorite restaurants was The Honey Bake Ham in Oaks mall.
