NO PREASURE LIKE THE BIG CHAIN MATTRESS STORES & NO PHONY PRICING! 2 DAYS LATER THE MATTRESS WAS DELIVERED ON TIME & WE HAVE BEEN SLEEPING GREAT SINCE. CLEAN STORE, CLEAN PRODUCT & CLEAN PRICING NOT LIKE THE CREEPY SLEEPY STORES DOWN THE ROAD. LOOK AROUND FIRST & YOU WILL SEE FOR YOUR SELF WHY BOSTON BED HAS THE BEST VALUES AROUND!!! I bought a daybed at least five months ago. (I think I went to the rte 9 Framingham store in March.) I got it with the drawers and mattress. So I spent a good amount of money. When they delivered it the head board and a drawer were cracked. It took them a month almost 2 to come back. When they came to replace the head board the had the wrong drawer. I have been calling and getting excuses. The Manager / owner Andrew said "he would bring it over he only lives in Natick." He is full of excuses. "it wasnt on that shipment." (I guess they are shipped from another country) Is one of many. I have left messages been promised call backs. Here it is the end of August and I still cant use my drawer. I have will not stop and go away. Just fix the drawer. . It's time you called me and fixed it. I didnt want to write this but I am done playing. Any store is better than...

Finally a mattress store, with their own mattresses. They didnt try and sell me up to a more expensive brand, or talk me into the newest fad/technology in mattresses. I was able to try every mattress, get recommendations for my back issues and make my own final decision. All the mattresses were better priced than even the discount stores but far better quality. Never did I feel any pressure to make a quick decision, or their decision. For every future mattress purchase I will be back at Boston Bed Company. No gimmicks, no up sells, no in your face sales people. Instead you can find a pleasant place to rest your feet and head while you take your own time to decide the mattress that best...
