Read moreIf i could give less than 1 star I would. I was seeing Sarah for facials for my acne. To preface my acne was a few pimples here and there, nothing major. I only wanted to get started because I'm getting married in June and wanted to look better. I did an initial consultation where Sarah assured me that she could get me perfect before the wedding, and with June being so far away I had no worries. Fast forward 3 months and I'm in tears because of how bad my face looks and how embarrassed I am to go out in public. I do want to say I am fully aware of the "purge" and was prepared for it. This is not that. This is i can barely touch my face from pain, random zaps like im being electrocuted, and redness EVERYWHERE plus the obvious pimples that never go away. I spent probably close to 3k at this place from the over priced facials and products. I am almost 30 and have NEVER had acne this bad. I had consulted dermatologists and estheticians who said my face barrier is beyond compromised because of the harsh products and chemicals that were put on my face and they had me using. I did let Sarah know MANY times how I was feeling and how much pain I was in. The only answer I EVER got was "give it time". She kept wanting me to come in but I KNEW she had no clue what she was talking about after all this and she told me the only way to get rid of dark circles was surgery! IM NOT EVEN 30!!! 100% never trust this place if you want to see real results or are going for a purpose. If you're looking for some pampering it is beautiful but know you're going to spend 4x the normal amt compared to anywhere else. I would post pictures but I'm honestly too embarrassed. I also want to confirm that I followed the regimen to a T with only the products she suggested and had...

Incredibly disappointed with Flora Spa. The prices have been raised to an exorbitant amount. I used to get a 30 minute intense massage with cupping added on for a total of $75 ($50 for massage, $25 for cupping). Now, a 30 minute intense massage is $72, with cupping being $45, for a grand total of $117. Furthermore, there are all of the new features that you can add on, like a sauna and whirlpool, which, of course, cost more money on the weekend, but it's free if you add it during the week. I thought I could try to book during the week, and try some of the new features to take the place of the cupping. Surprise, surprise, I can't find any evening appointments. I'm going to have to stop coming here, which I'm really sad about because the massages are great, and everyone here is really nice, but I can't justify paying $117 for a 30 minute massage.
I had been going to Steven at Sugar Spa for years when I saw that Flora Spa had more appointment options for him. I decided to try coming here, and I'm so glad I did. Nothing against Sugar Spa, but I love Flora Spa. As soon as I park my car, I feel myself relaxing. I just love the aesthetic of this place. Seeing the trees through the big windows, having the water feature on the wall. Plus, everyone here is so incredibly nice. And of course, Steven always gives the best massages. He really listens to my needs, and really focuses on my problem areas. Cannot recommend this...
