If you order from here you are insane. Never been treated so poorly ever. We are in a suite and used door dash to eat there food that is way over priced for what you get!!!! You order on door dash ask for everything you want follow the prompts and complete order. Everything was great till we unloaded our meals and there is zero utensils, not one napkin to be had. O here is the kicker the soup we ordered and salad was not there. Called tried to talk to some young person who was clueless. We don’t have your name , we don’t see any information ( so it’s my fault there deal with door dash.) asked what we ordered. Then I get a loud speaking down to me pretty much yelling at me, I immediately stopped her and asked for the manager, she claimed she is the manager ( this is the best reason NOT TO EVER STEP FOOT, ORDER OR USE THEM) I was blamed for ordering, I was blamed for how door dash did not order our food, we were blamed because most people take orders home and have utensils ( McDonald’s gives you napkins and silverware ) and napkins. So after getting no where I was insulted if I only paid $65.00 ( my receipt is $95.00 ) and that is all they charged. I explained how my receipt says order with a Caesar salad , another order with Wedding soup. I was screamed at again that I’m wrong. I hope no one ever goes to this type of business. We work hard for our money and these people deserve non of it. There are many family businesses that will take care of you for far less and not screw up. If you go...
Read moreUsually I love this restaurant but today I had a very disappointing experience. We wanted to have lunch but it was just after 2pm and they informed us lunch was not available after 2 even though their coupon says 3 and their website says 4. We were coming from a round of golf and just wanted a sandwich not a big dinner. We should have gone elsewhere at this point but we reluctantly stayed and ordered salads. That turned out to be mistake number 2 because apparently special requests are not their fortay. I guess it's unusual to want ranch dressing, not Bleu cheese. And if I don't want onions no one else at the table gets them either. The waiter said no problem I will have them remade. He then came back with a plain wedge of lettuce and some dressing and bleu cheese crumbles on the side. He said I put everything on the side in case there is something else you don't want. So aside from the fact that this looks very unappetizing is he Ireally implying that it's my fault he go the order wrong? Also i don't get any bacon and I have to make my own salad ... umm I really would have expected more from a place like this. I may go back, because normally the the food is great and its a nice experience, but I don't think it will be...
Read moreHere's what we had.. We toasted with a peach mango sangria, and a pomegranate-teeni. An appetizer of breaded zucchini rolled up with prosciutto and multiple cheeses sitting on a bed of marinara. I decided to choose a classic chicken parm with a side of alfredo, and my husband had a very decadent jumbo shrimp and scallop, angel hair dish with a spicy tomato cream sauce. Both were very good. I couldn't believe how much chicken was stacked up on that dish! I tasted his Caesar salad And I love when you can actually taste the anchovy paste, fresh garlic and such. The same with my dish the roasted garlic came through loud and clear in my alfredo. Vive la differece! The bread was warm and the olive oil dip they served was basic but good. We'll go back soon. I loved a few things they had on the menu indicating they understood Italian food. Ie: beans and greens, and burrata. You don't get that at Olive garden. I thought of my peanut butter loving daughter when the waiter strolled by with a particular dessert . I think it was called some sort of "bomb".😋 Our waiter gushed over it and said he allowed himself to buy one a week and eat it because they're so good. We'll definitely...
