3rd generation vegetarian and I don’t eat raw egg. The Gorge at the Hofford mill will ONLY serve raw egg, don’t go if you even want over medium, they claim they “don’t cook to order.” They didn’t mention this to me until two minutes before the entire table had their second course delivered. So I got to sit and watch everyone eat while I was forced to choose a lunch item without eggs, as I was only offered sunny side up or poached, while their French toast was extremely burnt, black. Then they served a poached egg to someone at my table that was virtually cooked through. So only if they mess up the order, can you get an egg cooked through. Since this quarantine has been going on, Hofford has been offering bulk buys. Things like meats\milk\gloves\bleach.. and EVEN seafood. I've bought multiple things during this pandemic because id rather not go to larger grocery stores if i didn't have to & support smaller (and newer) businesses. I've gotten the USA chicken breast, breaded chicken fritters, yeast(which is impossible to find in stores right now), cheese cake, and most recently..CRAB LEGS! They were absolutely amazing. great price and the legs were so meaty and delicious.
