I always used this store to drop off my shipment to the same receiver before like about 4-5 different times. In all those occasions tracking numbers were created by the same receiver (sneaker reselling platform), as I tap "I'm ready to drop off" in the app from the platform, and they create prepaid tracking number and send an email to me with pdf file for the tracking number for my package to them.
I have been to this store to drop off my package for the same reason (for the purpose of reselling the sneakers with same platform). Whenever I arrive at this store I sent this store an email with a pdf file(tracking number pdf file) attached. Then store staff print out the pdf file, sometimes charged me $1 sometimes did not, and I get the receipt for my drop off. I had no issues.
It was all good until my last visit to drop off another shipment for the same reason mentioned above. Some Time ago I went to this store to drop off another package that was supposed to go to the same sneaker reselling platform's authentication office just like all the other previous times. I did everything I always did before, sent an email with a pdf file(prepaid tracking number from sneaker reselling platform) attached to the email address of this UPS store.
However, the staff(it was female staff) from this store used the tracking number from another customer for my package and my package went to the amazon return facility. I have confirmed with UPS, that the tracking number this store used for my package was created by Amazon for return shipment and then I called Amazon customer service to find out about who the tracking number created for, but of course due to privacy reason they couldn't provide another user's information to me but confirmed tracking number this store used for my package wasn't created for or by me.
The time of email from me to this store and time stamps on the receipt with the wrong tracking number(was not provided by me) they gave to me after I dropped off my package are only 2 minutes apart.
This store claims they only use tracking numbers provided by customers at the time of drop off. However, I never provided a tracking number from Amazon to this store before in my life and of course for my wrongfully missing package. With all my previous history of doing the same package drop off with the same destination and records of emails they do not want to admit...
Read moreI called regarding two packages that were supposedly delivered to me but came up missing. Unbeknownst to me, the store does not handle missing packages or things of that sort, which is fine. But instead of telling me this when I called and quickly explained my situation, the young man left me on hold for 10 minutes and could be heard ringing up/checking out other customers. Even if the store was busy, I am a customer as well, and I deserved to be helped. I hung up and called back, and was sent to voicemail, which was rude. I called back again and a young lady answered. She is the one who told me who to call regarding my situation, which is what the young man should have done in the first place instead of being rude to me. Employees should be more courteous and exude the best customer service to ALL of...
Read moreFirst, I thought UPS could mail any packages like the post office. I always took my amazon returns here and didn't realize this was a few ex package. I went in at 2: 50, and I think they may have been getting ready to leave, I understand that, but I went to the counter and said I need to send this back, opened the paperwork, and she that's fed ex. All I said was you can't mail fed ex, and her attitude was so rude, said NO. I put my box back in the bag and asked her name. She said Rachel why are you asking and I said, you are rude. She said because I can't mail to fed ex, and I said no, because you were rude about it. I don't get it, what happen to treating customers with kindness, maybe a little smile instead of being a...
