Should have read more reviews and done my research before dealing with these horrific people. They sold me a phone for my daughter's birthday that could not be used or logged into with our apple IDS as in probably a stolen phone/something sketch. He assures us we had 48 hours to return it. When I tried that same day hours later suddenly I can't have a refund because "the phone works" it turns on? But it does not sign in to ANY apple IDS we tried over 8 different ones multiple people and accounts. He refused to give me any money and called the police to ban me for trespassing as I told every other customer who came in to not deal with them! HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Do not dealneith these...

Not a bad shop at all. The guys working there are extremely friendly and chill. The prices are awesome and will not skimp you on a sale or a loan unless they're not in need of that item, then they'll at least try to give you a reasonable price for loans and'll hold their ground somewhat on sales. I mean hey, got to make money, right? I bought a tv with jitter on the VGA, couldn't reproduce the problem, sold it back for lower price. Big deal. If you're nice, they're nice. They have a huge selection of video games and consoles compared to other pawn shops but they only have prices on the more expensive games and consoles. A lot of the games that are actually cool and not sports games are kept in a case and don’t have prices displayed. If you want to know the price for a game they have to tell you or come open the case when it should all be easily accessible to make sure the games are CIB and easy to see prices not have to ask each time.
