Juno bakery is a really nice simple bakery with lots of different options. It’s inside H mart, in the first party of the food court so it’s easy to get to. It’s really cool because you can try things you’re not used to like things with red bean paste or other Korean items. Milk bread was very nice - we toasted it and used it for sandwhiches and it was lovely. The favorite is the beef sausage pastry, it’s a beef sausage with cheese wrapped in pastry. It works so well together and melts in your mouth. They also have a similar one with cut up sausage, cheese, corn with ketchup and a mayo white sauce (not exactly sure what it is). Like a mini pizza it’s great!

Another star is the fried dough with stuffing - they have curry, vegetable or kimchi. All three are super good - but definitely a once in a while treat, it’s very greasy. The outside is fried and inside is soft with the delicious savory stuffings.

The people who work there are also very kind and help answer any questions. They sometimes give samples of some items which makes you able to try even more! Helps you choose for next time!

One thing that wasn’t the best was cheesecake. It was like 8$ for a small slice and it was nothing special. Would not...

I just moved to Frederick a few weeks ago and Juno has quickly become one of my absolute favorite locations. I spent a few days trying to find a solid matcha in the area and Juno's matcha is just perfect! I love that I can order it less sweet. Along with the drinks being wonderful and easy to order/customize, all of the baked goods I've had have been absolutely delightful! I've tried quite a few things and although there were a couple I didn't like, they weren't due to execution issues... I simply didn't like the flavors and was trying something new. ( For example, I didn't end up liking the chestnut things - chestnut was a new flavor to me! )

All of the breads I've had have been fluffy and very well done. Cakes are moist, but not crumbly, and everything seems very fresh! In particular, the fruit cakes near the counter are really beautiful and I am hoping to get one for my birthday.

Even though the cafe is in HMart it's really nicely decorated and super clean. Sitting inside the cafe is nice and it's even better since you get to walk around HMart...

this is definitely one of the best bakeries i’ve been to in the dmv! it’s sooo perfectt everything is so cutie!!! and looks absolutely delicious and IS DELICIOUS omg. there’s so much variety and selection and again everything looks amazing! i do agree it can be a bit pricey but if you can afford it i highly recommend spending the extra bucks here instead of getting some nasty gross frozen acid tasting ahh cakes you get in other grocery stores. this place is 1000000%+++ worth it for the quality, care, aesthetics and FLAVORS! their cakes are SO pretty there’s something for everyone and every occasion! perfect cakes and sweets/snacks for gifts SO WORTH it. if u hv a mom doesn’t eat sweets no matter what it is BRING HER HERE!!!! (got the “not too sweet it’s perfect” approval w the mango mousse cake😽) ALSO idk what everyone is talking ab w the boba prices $8 i get it it’s a bit pricey however its pretty reasonable considering u cant get a decent drink from KFT w/o spending $7-8 plus this place is a local...

I love this place. Sometimes if it's busy it makes me a little anxious because of the line and usual Cafe noises. It's inside the H-Mart so their radio is pretty loud. At least usually good music. It's the closest Korean Bakery in our area. Really good coffee, boba tea, and other things. If I'm not drinking the dark wonderful coffee, I get a strawberry calming lavender beauty tea with rainbow jelly. All their bread and cakes are super delicious and beautiful. I often get turtle bread, strawberry bun, or sesame bun. Korean toasting bread is a favorite too. The staff are kind and helpful even when I'm nervous or overwhelmed. Prices are good for what you get.
