I drove from Alabama to Colorado and I bought a Camp X OEV there was a problem with water heater when I got back to Alabama I had to come out of pocket...not cool! reply to the owner's reply ...if the camper had been checked over before I left Colorado the warranty might have been an issue... but it was not a warranty issue ...it was a buying for the first time issue... the camper should have been in complete working order before I paid like I was told it was!!!so again it's not a warranty issue you sold me a camper that wasn't completely working because nobody checked it out before you sold it to me 🥺if you care about customer service you would have made sure EVERYTHING worked before you sold it but you didn't!!!! So your name is TARNISHED because of YOU! Not my review! YOU sold me a camper with a BROKEN water heater and I had to come out of pocket FACT!!!

Off-Grid 4x4 is an exceptional shop that takes pride in their work and their staff are top notch knowledgeable about the industry and what is available for your specific set up. I brought them a stock Ram 3500 and they turned it into the adventure mobile that it is today. From suspension and wheels and tires and alignments catered to off-road vehicles to lighting and electrical and even some one off custom stuff - they sure know what they are doing. And most importantly, they do it with pride and make sure it doesn't leave their shop until they are satisfied that you will be satisfied. I come from Phoenix AZ to have them work on my set up.

I was gifted some great batteries that I wanted to put in my 1990 Tiger XL ---BVO was recommended to me. I know they build and service vehicles way more high tech and in a different league than me but they were more than willing to work on my mini motorhome. They did a fantastic job installing 3 batteries and a portable solar hook up. When my water pump didn't work 3 days before a trip, they said bring it in! Within the hour they found the problem fixed it and I was on my way. It can be mighty intimidating as a woman walking into a place like this but these gentlemen were gracious, welcoming and their expert customer service was second to none. I'm grateful I found this company and feel like I can return again and again when the need arises. I highly...
