well, we were happy at first then about few days ago we had to move our washer and dryer to another room due to our wood floors was being redone, come to find out that our washing machine floor tray was full of dirt, debris and rust chips, I checked underneath the washer and there was nothing on the bottom, all opened and could see our belt and motor etc., in addition, the bottom of the washing machine is all rusted. We only had this machine since last late June. I guess they thought we would never tell as long as we don't look on the bottom of the machine, since they are closed on Saturdays, we will pay a visit to their store to discuss. stay tuned. I needed a replacement refrigerator for a rental property and had gone to two other used appliance stores in Montg. County. Their prices seemed much higher since the last time i had had to do this. I figured I'd give it one more shot since i had a truck on hand. I went to this place because the ratings were high and I'm glad i did. The prices for comparable items I saw at the other places were significantly cheaper. I was in a hurry and was in and out in literally 20 minutes. I just got my Washer fixed and the service was very prompt once I got a service man out to my house. Originally I was told they would be here yesterday but not a big deal as I was working from home anyway.

The older gentleman on the phone was a little bit gruff but the other person that answered later was a little more helpful.

Once the problem with my washer was determined the part was here in about 20 mins. I didn't double check the price they qouted me for the part so I have no clue if I was gouged or not. Total price was way cheaper than buying a new washing machine.
