UPDATE: January 28 2025: I have used Nathan a few times in the past and found him very knowledgeable, customer orientated, friendly and very reasonable on prices. Read thru the comments and you'll find his work is a very positive experience. I just upgraded my 8 yr old win10 computer to a new Dell and win11. Nathan ordered the replacement, and cloned my old computer settings etc to my new one. I still use a Win7 front-end interface (Open Shell) that make the win10 and/or 11 look just like the OS I'm familiar with...Win7. Everything works fine even tho win11 is running in the background. I had a minor connection issue at home and after Nathan couldn't fix it remotely, he said I'll be over in a few minutes and 20 mins later he showed up and remedied the issue. I can't say enough positive things about him and his work.

September 2019: Had a major crash and probably something that I did although Nathan wasn't convinced. Anyway, he did his magic and fully restored my machine...THANKFULLY!. BTW, he also fixes cracked mobile phones and tablets screens and builds new computers. Just a heads up. Highly recommended.

Here’s another 5-star review to add to all the rest. Ditto to everything reviewers before me have said. I actually relied on these reviews in the first place to decide to use Nathan at Fredericksburg Computer Services after my hard disk started failing. And, I’m so glad I did!

Bottom line, Nathan is excellent, responsive, knowledgeable, practical and fair.

When I picked up my computer I sat next to Nathan while he reinstalled my email software and made tweaks to my system. During that time, I got to hear how Nathan handled several calls and several walk-in clients. Nathan was very efficient, very professional, calm and caring, and provided great advice each time. Nathan listens to his clients. He doesn’t try to sell them what they don’t need.

Nathan fixed all my problems and taught me many helpful things. Until now I didn’t know who to go to in Fredericksburg with computer problems. Thankfully, no longer is that the case. I had a problem with the laptop I use for business and needed immediate help. I called all four computer repair services in Fredericksburg and Nathan was the only one who returned my call.
