I want to rate this a Zero but that is not possible, so I rate this location a 1-star. The Edible Arrangements, 3338 Rt. 9, Freehold, NJ (store #1180) is HORRIBLE AND LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from this store. The store owner Trish (cares about her personal time over customer satisfaction) and her employees, Kayla and Debbie lack basic customer service. They have failed to "WOW" the recipient and failed at "Guaranteed Customer Happiness". They delivered a terrible birthday platter with cupcakes flipped on its sides and the mini cakes have missing fruit on top. When I called the store to report the issues and request an exchange, they refused to fix the issue, and blamed corporate for the horrible conditions of the platter. I personally returned the unopened package to the Freehold Store #1180, to request they fix the matter in question and replace the platter and sadly Debbie and Kayla refused to make this a WOW-Worthy experience; they blamed me for their disaster. This store does not care about customer satisfaction and cares less for their corporate mission: "simply to WOW you". Read moreI've never had a bad experience with this company until I received a delivery from this store. My daughter sent a fruit gift, the store said out for delivery at 11am and that they had refrigerated delivery trucks. We received the delivery at 6pm, it came out of an SUV. It was hot out, chocolate covered fruit came out of an SUV. Remember I said that they told me it was out for delivery at 11am in a refrigerated vehicle.
Some places should just be out of business. Don't lie, and don't deliver a warm fruit basket with melting chocolate. My daughter wasted her money. I can't recommend this place at all, get your gift fruit baskets somewhere else.
If you see the response from the owner, they said they couldn't find an order under my name. I didn't place the order, my daughter did, I received the order. Read more5-20-2020 I called regarding an order I placed online regarding an anniversary gift due to be delivered this weekend. I spoke to Diana who was extremely sweet, professional and helpful. When I spoke to her, I asked if the job is fun and she coyly giggled and said it is. I asked if I am able to call this weekend to see what time approx. my delivery will take place and was told with the utmost of helpfulness and kindness that I could call in the morning to know what their day of deliveries was looking like. She was so awesome I asked to speak to her manager. When "Trish" the awesome manager came on I let her know about Diana and she said that Diana is awesome. I told her that customer service as a whole is declining and was grateful to deal with a business that values its customers. Trisha got choked up and thanked me profusely.
