Went in and sat down. Bus boy was great gave us water quickly. Waited at least 30 minutes for menu's then had to ask for the specials menu. Took the waitress a good 25 minutes to come back and ask if we were ready. It was not very busy. People seated next to us with a different waitress got their food ate and left before we got anything. Then I had to put the rack out to help the waitress. My Mom had gotten the sol. It was burnt. They only had 2 vegetables to pick from that came with the fish. Broccoli or corn. Neither of which my Mom can eat. They do not do substitutions. I had the farmers wrap. The zucchini was really thick cut, fries were burnt. We waited longer for the food then it took us to eat. Onion rings were good though. I do not recommend this place. I miss Golden Bell when they were there. The floor was filthy too....Then we had to wave down the waitress for our bill. Not a good experience and I will not be back unless it's for the onion rings. My Dad had went and go8t the Vietnamese turkey burger a couple weeks ago and they didn't know how to make it. So he waited awhile until the cooks figured it out. I can cook better then they can. SMH. Owners are very rude. Think they are gods. Go to the Americana instead. OWNERS ARE AHOLES!

I gotta tell you, as a tea drinker, my breakfast can often be off just by virtue of the fact that my waitstaff dejour is a devout coffee drinker. It's to the point that I often don't bother ordering tea. Today, I decided to order tea and within a few moments I wish I had ordered a diet coke instead. I let my tea steep for a moment too long before realizing the tea bag wasn't in the cup. The nice man asked if I wanted lemon (no) but didn't offer cream or milk. No place to put my tea bag... minor details but they can make or break my meal. The English muffin was perfect. The crab cakes were mild, almost bland, but I like them like that. Very moist! The sauce was thin but delicate seasoned, letting the perfect egg yolk do its thing. But, gosh, the whole tea thing really bothered me.

I recently dined at Nine Diners and was deeply disappointed by the service I received, particularly concerning something as basic as water. Despite repeatedly requesting a paid water bottle, my pleas fell on deaf ears, and I was left without something that I consider a basic human right. It's surprising and utterly unacceptable for a restaurant located in Jio World Drive Food Court to ignore such a fundamental request. I had high expectations for this place, but sadly, they were not met. I cannot recommend Nine Diners to others when something as simple as providing water becomes an issue. Will not be returning.

Abysmal. Of the 4 burgers the table had 2 of them were obviously made from frozen meat when cooked, they were not cooked to the specified Degree of Doneness. The burgers were asked to be cooked to the order of VERY well done but were cooked to the degree medium-rare and medium. Only the two burgers that were made fresh were cooked correctly.

After having one burger remade, it was again frozen meat that tasted even worse. As if it was expiring meat that was frozen and then cooked. Atleast this time it was cooked more to around Medium-Well but not Very Well Done as stated originally and once more. And the fries were hot but also underdone and raw and were mushy and a bit wet.

The bathrooms were a mess and after a comment was made to TWO employees of the unsanitary conditions, a half hour later nothing had changed. The floor was not swept or mopped and urinal was still clogged.

And on top of this, there were 4 or 5 severs doing nothing or rather checking their phones and sitting about or standing around talking. This should have been the first sign that maybe we should have not gone here but 36 dollars later, lesson learned.

The only highlight was our server and even then she never introduced herself and did not give her name.

If I could give this failure of a diner a 0/5, I absolutely would. The hostess was smart to stay clear of us and no one asked us as we were paying how were things. That is also a sign of poor consumer service and overall quality when you know the answer will be a negative.

And finally, upon exiting one of us had taken a complimentary free cookie. It tasted like it was made with expiring butter. Have you ever tasted expiring butter? Well, if you haven't had the pleasure then by all means come to the Park 9 Diner, where disappointment only costs you 36 dollars and an hour...

My wife and I went on a Saturday night at about 10:30PM--prime hours for a NJ diner, but the place was nearly empty. There were literally more staff than customers, which should have told us something.

I ordered the classic hamburger and my wife ordered a sliced roast beef sandwich and sweet potato fries. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

My hamburger appeared to be a frozen patty, like you get at the supermarket. I asked for medium well and the center was still quite pink. I would have sent it back, but the server was no where to be found. My fries looked to be machine cut, out of a bag. Not a bad thing necessarily, but they were greasy, barely warm, and not at all crisp. The serving size of the slaw was literally a tablespoon, in a tiny, paper cup. Just as well, as the slaw was dry and flavor free.

My wife's sandwich looked OK. It was on wheat toast and was piled high with extremely rare, sliced roast beef. When I say rare, I mean it was oozing blood and cool--not exactly appetizing. Her ordered fries never arrived and again, no server to ask about them. I'm not sure how they managed it, but the roast beef was completely bland. It looked like roast beef, but it had no taste. A very uninspired dish.

For desert, we had strawberry cheese cake. The serving was huge and we split it. By far, the best part of the meal.

The diner itself is quite clean, bright, and feels sterile. Nothing to see here. We won't...

BEWARE Absolutely disgusting service and worst service ever ! I had called today to order simply a chicken soup after Spending all night with my son with high fever and I decided to order so I can rest after.a bad night. When I called to place the soup the woman Haylein with the most disrespectful tone said I cannot take your order because they were to busy . She left me speechless . My son heard and asked if it was a woman and he continued to share his experience when he went to have breakfast with his friends the past weekend and the bill came out to $50.00 dollars the same woman Hayleen asks my son for 40 dollars and 20 from his friends WHAT ? where did she learn her math ? and than she had the audacity to ask my son for the tip which between all three gave her an additional 10 dollars . I was so disgusted and upset after my 14 year shared that I decided to go and speak the the owner .. I get there began telling then owner about both incidents and his response what I wasn’t there so I can’t do anything. WHAT ??? Is that a response an owner should give?? Now I see why the service is absolutely HORRIBLE AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE AND STEEL FROM A TEENAGER AND THAT IS FINE WITH THE OWNER. I will ABSOLUTELY ADVOID AT ALL COST TO EVER GO THERE AND I SUGGEST WHEN YOURE THINKING TO GO TO SELECT ANOTHER PLACE THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND MORE...
