On a whim, i went here to get a dress. I did not know that you needed an appointment, they actually had some time and availability and they got me in right then. All of the ladies were great, fun to talk with not offended in the least about a dress I did not like. My experience was incredible, down to earth, the shop was immaculate dressing rooms were comfortable and just as clean. They referred me to a taylor they use in freehold mall( Pete the tailor). I went there, everyone was fine nice they pinned my dress and back in a week for pick up. I went to pick it up and my fault I should have tried the dress on right then and checked it over, lesson learned, however I did not. I got home and opened the bag and took out the dress to find about 5-6 bead were off on the one side of the top of the dress. I immediately went back. I showed the woman who was at the front she took out my ticket and then she said it was like that when I bought it from the store. Sometimes when you buy things from the store you do not notice. I told her I spent x amount of money on a dress I would not buy a dress that was missing beading off the top, nor do I think a store of that stature would sell a dress like that. She then told me they just touched the bottom not the top so it was not their fault. I told her that she needed to fix the beading and she told me it would be 5 dollars a bead! Needless to say that experience did not end in anyone favor. I left a message at the store what happen to let them know not to refer to a place who is going to say such things when they spoke so highly of them. Not expecting any return call but Christine called me today and she told me the owner did in fact go to the mail to speak with them, she told me when ever I wanted to bring the dress in they would fix the beading. So not only was it not their fault for any of this but as caring humans and being very good business people they made it right for me. Now I may never go any place that I may wear a dress like that again but if the event I do I would hands down buy from them and refer them to anyone wanting a knock out killer dress. By the way drive by when you get a chance they have an awesome...
Read morePlease do not shop here at all! Kimberley which I am guessing is the owner is a horrible rude person. I made a post on a buy, sell or trade group. I was looking for a specific dress which was sherri hill, considering I am posting in the group to also buy the dress for cheaper, the dress was $3,000. Kimberley made a comment on the post saying “Diane and Co has this dress.” I sent her a message Via Facebook Messenger, remember she reached out to me first, when I fist messaged her I wasn’t aware of her being the owner. She told me she would give me a 10% off discount (which isn’t much for a dress that costs the much) I thought her reaching out to me, I was going to get a bigger/ more or discount price on that dress. She said she gives out 10% for all her pageant girls. I told her 10% off isn’t anything, she was texting it saying it in a rude way. She than says “Thank you, have a nice day.” last thing she says. I was scrolling in instagram and saw there was a story post, she posted our conversation saying I am not “classy.” and slandering me across her social media. I than texted her on instagram and facebook messenger letting her know that it was a 14 year old guy that she was slandering (me the person who was looking for the dress) She than proceeded to block me on instagram, I sent her another message on her company account (Diane and Co) saying if she didn’t take it down with 15 minutes I will head to social media. I read the reviews and none of them are nice, the reviews were saying she only cares about her “high end clientele.” which clearly it shows. No one should support a business who slanders a 14 year old girl on there social media which has 30k followers. I know you read your reviews Kimberley, I will not stop talking about this until I get an apology...
Read moreIF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE LESS THAN 0 STARS I WOULD. I went here to shop for my Emergency Medical Service squad banquet. I looked online prior to going and saw some cute dresses that I may have liked. My mother and I walked in and began looking around. I found a cute dress in my size that I wanted to try on and took it off the rack. Not even 2 seconds later a woman came running from the back and literally RIPPED it from my hands. I was so taken back and appalled. I did not say anything in order to be polite. The woman then demanded to know if my mother and I had appointment. After responding no, the woman shot us a dirty look and threw the dress i picked out back on the rack. She then pushed us to the front desk (not even asking if we would like to make an appointment). We felt as if she was silently judging us and inferring we should not be there. To be short, it felt as if she was insinuating we could not afford the dresses there. After making us make an appointment, my mom and i waited for 35 minutes in chairs while employees shot us dirty and judgy looks. I was extremely uncomfortable and told my mom i wanted to leave, which she was more than happy to do as well. I do not know how this place stays in business with their employees and customer service. I felt so uncomfortable with how we were being treated which made me EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE to move forward with even trying on dresses. When running a business people should feel comfortable since many people are venerable while trying on clothing. After leaving the store I told my friend what had happened and she shared a very similar experience. I am so disgusted. This was my first time there and definitely my last. I will make sure to let everyone know my horrible experience before they...
