CVS — Local services in Freehold

Love this local store, everyone is nice and helpful. Even when they thought I was stealing, which I wasn’t, I understand that’s their job. They always text me when my meds are ready and even if I can’t go that day they keep it on hold for a more than reasonable time. Plus being in town it gives me a chance to play Pokémon Go. Just went to cvs on Sunday April 6, 2025 at 11:00am and the cashier was very rude. I don’t know his name but he needs an attitude change. I’m going to still go there because I like the store, but jeez talk about being unfriendly to the customer, I guess he’s just stupid. The store responded to me, so I am going to give them back their 5 stars because one individual shouldn’t bring down an entire store with great people. I went back today on April 7th, I had a problem with my receipt and the woman that helped me was friendly and smart. It just shows how one person that is unfriendly and rude can affect store experience. It also shows that when someone is friendly, helpful, and courteous you leave the store with a smile. Went today on July 19th the guy behind the register was very nice and helped me out, he was so nice I want to get him a present, but I don’t think they are allowed to accept tips. Went today on August 21st and the girl behind the counter was so nice and helpful she told me about the app and I downloaded it and saw that I had over 5 dollars in...

Do not go to CVS, very dismissive, even towards transgender people. I don’t understand why they’re being so dismissive when they are at the cash register needing to do which is supposed be doing. I went to get a few things. It took all of 30 seconds for a female representative to get dismissive. She has no respect and the place should be closed down because of the fact that I got on my phone to speak with a manager and they are playing on the phone not listening and acting like they can’t hear. So at this point I’m going to report Them to Better Business Bureau....

These people are thieves... they filled my daughter prescription and told her her insurance wouldn't cover the medication and charged her full price $75.00 when I called my insurance company they stated a claim was never submitted....when I brought it to the attention of the pharmacy department they stated they never filled the script... I showed the the bottle with their label on it they had no words....They are THIEVES.....I CALLED THE DEA...LET'S SEE HOW THAT WORK...
