Logans Bar advertised Santa pictures so we went had them done on November 15,2018. Tamara did the pictures at this time she gave us a card saying pictures would be on her Website in five days and pictures done in two weeks. Pictures weren't done in five days it took seven. Then in two weeks called Logans pictures weren't done. So waited until Tuesday December 4th called and person at Logans gave excuse she was out of town fot two weeks for cheer competition so weren't done.In mean time called her studio no answer next day e-mailed her NO RESPONSE. So waited till the 7th nothing so left message on voice mail. Nothing once again. On her Website says she will get back to you in 24 hours or timely manner. What a joke. So on December 8th call Logans pictures are in and gentlemen says come get them. So I drive to Freeport (live out of town) I get One picture. I ordered and paid for more on picture a note says will let you know when done. Well today is December 15 and still nothing. I wanted these pictures for Christmas cards. I have left three messages and called several times this is not a way to do business. I am very disappointed and will NEVER recommend...

It is so hard to pick which pictures to frame because all of them are great, and she has wonderful prices when you have a tight budget.
