DON'T SHOP HERE! My wife and I have shopped here before and had similar experiences both times. We will never buy from any Living Spaces again. The in-store staff is friendly and helpful, but numerous unacceptable issues arise when dealing with distribution and customer service.
For example, our sofa was scheduled for delivery and it never arrived. No one called to inform us. After we called to inquire, they rescheduled a six-hour window from 6pm-midnight on a workday. Again, the delivery never arrived without any notification. We were also unable to track our order online due to the website not working. After calling the following day, we were informed that our item was lost. We were provided with a direct phone number to bypass standard customer service, which was useless since no one would pick up the phone---it always went straight to voicemail, which was never returned. We had also been told that a manager would contact us within 24 hours, which never happened. Three days later two different people called to inform us that our sofa had been located and to confirm a new delivery window. That window came and the online tracking stopped working again. We called to see when the item was arriving and were told that it had not been scheduled for delivery. This representative also refused to let us speak with a manager, so we have no idea if/when our sofa will arrive. Completely unacceptable. Meanwhile, we have no furniture due to just having moved, and my expecting wife is reduced to sitting on an air mattress and lawn chair---we had disposed of our previous couch the day the new one was originally supposed to arrive.
Update: The delivery was rescheduled twice since then and no one ever showed up. That's a total of FIVE missed 6-hour delivery windows without any notice (before, during, or after) from Living Spaces. After another 3 days, we were finally contacted by a manager who informed us that our sofa was at the distribution center down the road in Freemont, but it still couldn't be delivered for several days. She did offer a measly 10% refund to be given at the time of delivery for the inconvenience, but we are so fed up that we are going to rent a U-haul and pick it up ourselves---that's if it's actually at the distribution...
Read moreReceived a complete bedroom set today that I purchased for $6,700. During assembly, found out that bedframe legs were missing from the packaging so essentially the bed was not functional at that point. Coordinated with the delivery guy a way to get the missing legs and he was able to arrange for the nearby warehouse to have it available for me to pick up. Once there (26 miles each way) I was told that they were not able to locate the missing parts at that time because the department that handles "rescue deliveries" was closed. I was frustrated and explained that not only did I have to drive my own car to collect pieces that should have been delivered in the first place, but also I could not even sleep on a proper bed the following night despite having spent a fairly large sum of money. The manager in charge could only apologize for the inconvenience several times; Not once did he try to take ownership of the problem and solve it. The amount of disregard about the situation was astonishing! I am now considering returning this furniture (despite liking it) because it is obvious to me that this company doesn't even comprehend the concept of what customer service is. No more business with this company in the future for me because today was clear proof that if something happens with their products, they don't own the problem or step up to the occasion to satisfy their customers! I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I will make sure to also post this review to as many public platforms as I can so that I future customers can be warned about the type of company Living...

I have 2 pieces of furniture that I bought from Living Spaces in 2021, a glider and a couch.
The couch is collapsing under the Chez Lounge and the wood in the back of the glider is broken and squeaks so loudly that it wakes up our children as we rock them (which is the whole purpose of us having the glider).
I had purchased the Care Free 5 Year Plan through Living Spaces and Uniters (which they upsold me pretty hard on).
When I opened claims with Uniters, they told me that the issues were due to "normal wear and tear". When I contacted Living Spaces, they told me to contact Uniters.
What this means is, "normal wear and tear" of Living Spaces' furniture means that it can be expected to last 2 years. For furniture that costs thousands of dollars, this is unacceptable to me. Furthermore, the pushing of a "care free" plan when neither that plan, nor the general backing of the Living Spaces organization stands behind the quality of their furniture is really disheartening.
I would strongly recommend that anyone look somewhere else for furniture, because the things that Living Spaces sells is not high quality - look at how quick they are to not stand behind the...
