Pacific Stereo Fremont surpassed my expectations and is far more deserving than a simple 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND, undoubtedly the best of the best for several reasons. All those who work there and whom I had a pleasure of doing business with are the most professional, extensivly knowledged and solid guys! Who I would say are top in the industry who offer only top of the line products with amazing cutomer service!

When I came in a few weeks ago, I was met by Nate who helped walk me through exactly what I wanted to get out of my system and how to do so at an affordable rate! I was able to literally customize my entire sound system with nothing, but the best of the best which is JL Audio. Might I add that Mo the owner of Pacific Stereo Femront is the one and only person permitted by the owner of JL Audio to CARRY, SELL AND INSTALL at this shop!

I have a Ford Explorer and originally intended to have two 12" subs installed aiming to have the insanely loud, thumping bass. I came in pretty well researched (so I thought) on what brands I was looking into which was mainly Skar. I hadn't really considered anything else such as only installing one 12" sub. I went over my idea with Nate who understood exactly what I was looking to get out out of my system as far as quality, sound, vocals and bass. He instead educated me on the different JL Audio speakers and tweeters as well as the proper AMP setup along with only one 12" sub and how amazing the outcome would be with that combination. Definitely not my original idea, but since Nate new what outcome I was looking for along with his extensive knowledge and experiecne I put my trust in him. Which I am so happy, pleased and grateful that I did! I now have the perfect sound system that I've been wanting to get for years! I am so beyond thankful to have had the honor of getting my custome system bought and installed by the gentleman at Pacific Stereo Fremont. Due to the simple fact that If I had gone elsewhere and had not been greeted by someone so knowledgeable in this field such as Nate that I would have ended up paying twice as much for far less quality especially since Pacific Stereo Fremont is the only shop who is able to offer the best such as JL Audio.

Note that my stepbrother also got a similar system who has nothing, but the best to say about his system and the great guy's at this shop! If you want the best definitely go to Pacific...

Worst place to get music done in California. First of, their speakers and subs are overpriced for what they are. The guy that took care of us boasted about matching Amazon prizes. When he saw Amazon prices her quickly reversed that statement. I spent probably around close to $600 on a system and a custom 12" sub box for my chevy avalanche. They said it would need to be made. The guy that makes the boxes was in this day, they said my box would be ready Monday. Monday came and went still no box. I bought another stereo for a friend because I thought the situation was being handled, Big mistake. I was told that to make it right they would be getting me a custom box their guy makes for $600. I asked, "when would it be ready." only to be told to call back. I called back the next day. Then the bull started again. The owner, or who I think is the owner told me it would be there by Thursday. That was also a lie because the next day I get a call from the person who sold me the system. He tells me that he could order a new box but it would take 2 more weeks. At that point I was done. I returned the equipment. The owner behind the desk tried to tell me that usually returns only get store credit. I am done with this place. I would avoid them at all costs. Two of cousins and their morther brought their cars her for the install. Now their car...

Literally took my truck in because I thought my amp was blown out come to find out it was just my aux input that was messed up. But the Owner literally made me wait for 2 hours talking about they will look at my truck next until someone else came in and literally took my spot. Which gave me the chance to see what was actually wrong with my truck and think about how they literally did not even check my truck see what was actually wrong with it and just tried to sell me something I did not even need. So I asked for a refund and they said it would be 2 weeks to get my refund. I showed up two weeks to tell them I ain’t get nothing then 2 weeks turned into a long ongoing month and a half of me constantly showing up each Friday after work to get my money and in the end they gave me a check when they could have done that the whole time instead of wasting my time trying to get my money back each Friday. My friend also took his car there to get some audio installed and they literally did not touch his car the whole day and wanted him to leave it there over the weekend to get his audio installed which just goes to show you how they care about there customers time 🤣 If you want to get scammed and waste your time come to this stereo shop but I wouldn’t...
