This used to be my favorite Chipotle location but after tonight it is by far the grossest and worst fast food option I have ever experienced.
They were out of almost everything. They claimed they only had carnitas and steak. No chicken. No barbacoa. Nothing else. But I saw chicken sitting right there at the to go station just like I saw bags of chips stacked up while they told us they were out. It was obvious they were lying and holding food back for online orders while refusing to serve paying customers in store.
They did not even have sour cream. How does Chipotle run out of sour cream. That is one of the most basic ingredients in nearly every order.
They also did not have crunchy taco shells. At this point I have to wonder how a restaurant that specializes in burritos and tacos can be this unprepared to serve customers.
And what is even more unacceptable is that this location is open until 10 PM. How are they planning to operate for four more hours with only two meat options. If this happened at 930 PM fine but at 6 PM that is a complete failure in running a restaurant.
The portion sizes were an absolute joke. My tacos not even a bowl but tacos had maybe three or four tiny pieces of steak in them. It looked like a kids meal. I do not know how they can justify charging full price for that. I have noticed Chipotle has been skimping lately but this was next level ridiculous.
Their to go order portion sizes were also concerning. When I asked about it in person I was given the same portion with employees saying their manager instructed them to serve it that way. It is clear that this is not an accident or a one time mistake but a deliberate policy at this location.
Then there is the manager. Beyond rude. He has been inappropriate toward female employees before. Getting handsy and making gross comments. My female coworker has had issues with him in the past and I honestly do not know how he still has a job.
To top it all off Chipotle corporate reached out after I complained but they did not offer any real support. They just said sorry and claimed this was not a usual experience. But judging by all the recent one star reviews describing similar experiences at this location it seems like this has become the norm rather than the exception. I appreciate them escalating the issue but clearly this location has a consistent problem that needs to be addressed.
This location has gone completely downhill. The food quality was terrible. The service was even worse. The way they blatantly lie to customers about what is available is just pathetic. I will never eat here again and honestly I do not think I will ever go to any...
Read moreNot this Chipotle location, I thought I was being smart when I went to this Chipotle location, as it's away from the busier shopping areas. But the jokes on me, cause I ended up losing out on an enjoyable eating experience, customer service, and having a meal in a peaceful environment.
Outside of the staff and one other customer, the restaurant was completely empty which was nice. Two guys walked in and ended up ordering before me and I would like to believe that they're the ones who ruined the experience I would have had, since if I had been able to order first, the interaction between me and the employees working would have been fresh.
But the guys who were ahead of me, were obviously friends with the workers as they were busy chatting it up and acting like they were buddies. The guy behind the counter, Uriel was acting arrogant and smug about a specific promo that was being offered. A small promo of a free side of Adobo Ranch, but still a promo that Chipotle didn't have to offer.
While I was in the process of ordering, I would ask for a little more and Uriel would put another scoop of the ingredients in my bowl, when it was time to pay for my meal, I informed Uriel, that I too had the promo for a free side of the Adobo Ranch and he became rude about it. Rudely and loudly said, " You gotta have the barcode, show me the barcode" Of course, I had the QR Code, the promo was in the app. But Uriel, seemed to be oblivious to this promo, he seemed to enjoy being rude instead of just redeeming the promo without question or rudeness.
The cost came to $17+ which didn't make any sense, and when I asked Uriel said it's cause I asked for double portions, of which I did not. I have never had another Chipotle restaurant deny giving me a little more (not a double scoop) of ingredients that're part of a bowl, they've always been willing.
Uriel was insistent, he informed me customers are only allowed 4 .oz of ingredients and when I asked for a little more, he would grumble and say "this is more than 4.oz", something that was news to me. So when he remade my bowl, he complained with every serving, even though I didn't dare ask for "a little more".
I took this issue and interaction with Chipotle's Customer Service, only to let them know of the rude interaction I had at this location, only to receive a cookie cutter, script in return with no actual resolution.

Read moreThe portioning is terrible. At other stores, they are struggling to close the lid. Not with this store. They portion like the money is coming out of their own pockets. They are scamming you in front of your eyes. I ordered a burrito, and after putting a few pieces of each thing I asked for, the worker proceeded to wrap my burrito, and squeezed out some more of what little was there and swiped it onto the floor. He could have at least left it in the aluminum foil! Needless to say, I will not be taking my business here again. Instead, I recommend heading over to the one by Auto Mall next to FedEx. Their portions are reasonable and can feed me sufficiently. This isn’t a rare occurance either. I ordered online one time before from the same store. Again, I went to bed hungry that night.
This defaces the brand name of Chipotle, since this store could be the first Chipotle people ever go to. They will see these terrible portions and think all other Chipotles are also this stingy. I also saw many people in line who looked excited to try Chipotle for the first time. I really feel for them because their first experience at a good food chain is this crap. TL:DR Don’t go here....
