I hope I can give - 5 stars on customer service. For sure I am not going again to this walmart for Auto center --They can mess up my car in lieu of the things happened to me today as mentioned below.
The Auto center in Walmart has the worst manager hired - Manny who ignored listening to customers who make all the crappy decision and he is aware of if Walmart employee did something wrong but trying to blame customer -- I arrived in Walmart around 2 a bit earlier and asked if I could get my Oil change done since I had appointment at 5. He completely denied of giving services and started yelling in a rude way. Finally the associate arrived who helped me for appoint asked him he Auto center is free as no car was parked in , They can help customer on which he bluntly replied -he breaked out saying he is BOSS -- LOL - he makes all decisions. Manny insisted me to make appoitment online and when mentioned that I made in person 2 days ago -- He lied that Walmart in person appointment are never made from past couple of months -- What a lie -- I showed my email to him -- Manny was silent and then acknowledged. When asked I want to file a complaint against him and asked for his name - he denied .
Finally called customer service in Walmart to open complaint against Manny -- The customer service never listened to me and argued that Manny is very nice guy his voice is like that when asked Can I talk to store manager she said -- They are busy and will put a note and then started arguing with me and finally yelling at me and putting me on Hold. Oh God -- save this walmart from this kind of people who are so unprofessional and ignorant about customer service but just want to work for salary and put blame on customers.. Now I am 100% sure these associates lie to keep their job and get salary and never understand the issues customer facing .
For sure now I can say why Union city , Milpitas Walmart has most traffic and revenue. Now I pray to God to help Walmart in Fremont to stay aflot and hire new Customer serice associates who can listen to customers first rather than lingering on a useless argument.
I am sure my this review will still be useless But I want to make other customers aware of what is happening in...
Read moreI’ve visited this Walmart 3 times over the past week and each time I left the store without the item I needed.
The first time I went to get deodorant it was locked up and I had to push a button to wait for someone to come unlock the case.
After a 15 min wait I decided to leave and come back another time. I came back early morning the following day and the store was completely empty. I passed an associate on my way to the isle and gave them a heads up I needed the case unlocked they walked away and told me I needed to push the button for help.
So I pushed it and I was greeted by another 20 minute wait. I asked associates walking by if they could help, each one told me they didn’t have the key. I left the store and said I was done. And yet today I found myself here again because my daughter wanted a toy that she had eyed on the first visit and was determined to spend her allowance at WALMART!
So we went in; absolutely the toy was sold out and no associates could be found to help us find out if there were any in the back or offer us the option to order online.
So on the way out, for fun, I thought I’d try again to buy the deodorant. This time I was prepared with a Netflix show, stuffed octopus to sit on, and determination in my heart. I walked up rang the bell and waited. One episode later I rang the bell again, settled in on the octopus watched a second episode. I waved at the camera, knocked on the glass door and exactly 48 minutes into my wait I folded.
No one ever came to help me open the door. Walmart doesn’t care about its customers and I suspect that is why the customers who shop there steal from them.
I thought there was value to be found at this store after following YouTubers who budget and coupon, but what I’ve learned from this experience is TIME is worth MONEY. And for that reason TARGET deserves my business. The associates are professional and ready to help within minutes. When an item is out of stock they offer to order it online and ship home for us. The store is always bright and clean. AND I never leave the store empty handed. I’m always treated like they want my business; not like I’m an inconvenience.
This Walmart is a disappointment and will deliver a...
Read moreI arrives 30 minutes before closing. And an older gentleman stood at the doorway and locked eyes with me as I was within 1o steps from the door. He, with key in hand and closing the door just as quickly as I was approaching. I had to verbally remind him that the store was still open for another half of an hour. His failed attempt of being innocently inquisitive by asking "are you entering the store?". Really...? I'm within 5 steps from the door at 1030 at night, where else would I be possibly headed, please kind sir list me my options, maybe im blind? Because theres no other door 100ft to my left or my right, so where else could I possibly be heading if im standing dead center of the main entrance? Customer service at all walmarts have now standardized "horrible, painstakingly lazy, unwilling to help, no sense of wanting to assist any customer, unwelcoming demeanor, cold, rude, unwelcoming, and in need of training" as their company standard of customer care. Every walmart I go to up and down california, its always the same dreadful anxiety that washes over me, when in need of help, searching for a blue vest. And broken English speaking, if any English spoken at all islander, who was misled to believe that pointing their finger in some random direction to anywhere else but where they are standing, paired with "over dare". Walmart is known for their great selections, unbeatable prices, broad variety of merchandising. Their only down fall is 90% of their staff. The tongue clicks as though im inconveniencing the worker by shopping in their way, sorry worker, I was already shopping in this isle before you entered, go click your tongue somewhere else. Thank God for self check out. Last thing I want is to have to deal with attitude from the cashier aggressively rushing me to decide if I want to purchase a bag. So my review of this location can be applied to all northern California walmarts, and is something that I know each and everyone of you whom takes the time to read my review in its entirety, can relate to one of the scenarios I've described. This specific location, had the shorts all mixed up, not organized by brand, or material, or style. It was like I was...
