I came in the store and was not greeted. I am a 61 year old Hispanic male. As I was looking around the store a woman came in…Non-Hispanic and was pretty much escorted around the store and helped quite well. I thought no way…did I look that poor that I didn’t deserve the time of day… I came back later today because they have Root candles and some other little things I wanted for my friends Xmas stockings I was putting together. I looked at the candle boxes and some were missing candles so I figured they were selling individual candles. I brought my items, 2 candles and 2 little Chatzky’s to the counter and I was told by the cashier that they don’t sell the candles individually. Funny, the boxes I looked at were missing candles…point being if you are not a white woman from the VanNess extension don’t come here. You will not...

I was recently in the store looking for a specific wreath to put on a door that day and wanted certain colors. Jude’s had one on the wall that was close but I felt needed a little extra of one color. They were very accommodating and helpful and able to make the additions while I waited. I found both the ladies in the store very friendly and helpful.
