Office Depot — Local services in Fresno

So..... I knowing the charger cord for my galaxy Note 10.1 isn't a common shelf item unlike the over stocked junk of iphone stuff, I call ahead and describe in detail several times to a associate and upon returning to the phone had to explain again and that I would be riding there little less than 3 miles no big deal except the weather this evening bad and NEEDING this cord asap I rode into a strong head wind the whole trip. Only to arrive with employees instantly in terms to say I am STUPID and he promises me that this cord isn't the right one. Not wanting to understand that my device as I was told and he made it clear didn't use that cord and I was a idiot. Now using this device everyday since its birth I guess qualifies me as a expert of how its charged and its functions. The 45 minutes in the store and this very certain and really incompetent employee still holding to his great knowledge of the product still commenting on how I don't have a clue what I know about this unit and again he doesn't own one yet is very sure of this. I say to Office Depot train these people one on customer service and two product knowledge. I only wonder what else hes sold and was misleading customers. Stay clear of me fashion week hes the one with the fake black glasses. Came in to print out a poster. Wasn’t sure which size would be appropriate so it doesn’t mess up the picture. Got there at 5 on 6-5. One person in front. I don’t mind waiting as there was one associate. Rudest employee I’ve ever see there. She prints out the picture how it will look. Cool. Then calls another person over as I knew the size I wanted and everything. Tells me oh we can have it ready tomorrow. First why wouldn’t you start by saying it will be ready tomorrow. Secondly I’ve never ever had an issue where I need to come in for a next day pick up. I’ve done multiple prints literally even when it’s so close to closing. I had no problem waiting but my god I’ve seen stuff be printed the same day within minutes. Funny how I read the sign “Customer Satisfaction Guarantee” clearly was not satisfied by this awful service. I rather drive an extra 10 miles to the River Park location than this. Seriously this location needs better management. I am not trying come back here again. Awful just plain...

Worst Store ever . Do not buy anything from this store they will rip you off and not give you the correct item at all. Had to return to this store three times and the sales associate gave me outdated items that was not even close to what I needed. I have gotten no apologies no refunds and now out of $1,000 thanks to poor management and poor sales person lack of knowledge. Store should be shut down ASAP . Filling a lawsuit with them for loss of items and I even had the bill of sale that's was only three days old . Do Not Shop There at all or they will take all your money and say oh...
