I went with my family. We're regular customers. I ordered my usual orange supreme large and large strawberry whirl and strawberry were ok I give to my kids and when I started drinking mine that was something else I asked her is this orange supreme she said to me oh I am sorry I make you the right one so I started drinking the other one while waiting. Other employee came and asked me to return that drinks. I got shocked I ordered drinks they delivered wrong that was there mistake or fault. I feel punished I have to wait for my drink again in this 110 degree weather. Hoping they would understand they should have let me drink it that should have been the right thing as a policy If the Jamba Juice employees making mistake and there mistakes customers has to wait customers deserve free drink while waiting So I canceled my order You lost business & I lost to take my family on...

After he finished, he proceeded to make the order but did not acknowledge us....no communication. Then after nearly 5 minutes he says "oh you can order on this here" he pointed to an ordering kiosk. I told him that I wasn't familiar and did not know that was available for ordering. If I did, I would've ordered while he was with the other customers. The server lacked communication. If you helped the other customers then did not help the next ...this is poor customer service. A quick acknowledgment and I'll be with you would have been a better way to provide service.
