I ordered online and arrived on time to pick up my order. Order was not ready they said they were waiting for an item that was not ready. 15 minutes later when the item was ready they started serving in store orders, and when I asked why they weren’t serving the online orders that were late, they said they were working on it! But they had most of my order setting on counter cold, I told them I didn’t want cold food but they started putting it in bag anyway, then they gave part of the order to someone else at this point it was almost 30 minutes late, so I demanded a refund it took them 15 minutes then they said it would take 3 days to get refunded to my card! NEVER NEVER EVER buy a Panda gift card. We purchased one on a Christmas “special” right before Christmas 2024. Went in to this branch with a $30 card. First time using it. The employee ran through the cards several times, said it didn’t work and finally told me there was a $0 balance. Had to pay in cash. Been trying to resolve the problem with their corporate office for months. Their response is that we zeroed out the card in a store. Can’t tell me which store, what we bought, only that it was zeroed out on another day in January, not the day that I went in. GIANT RIP OFF AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been going to panda for years. I absolutely love panda. My wife and I went last night and were extremely disappointed. It was 9:00 pm and most of the woks were empty. Only one in the cooking area. Absolutely no veggies and no teriake chicken and about 6 more empty woks. We ordered our order of two bowls of super green and teriake chicken and they offered us a small box of something extra for free. We got some beef and celery. We then waited 30 minutes. We decided to eat at home. Our order was about half tbe portion we usually get. But still very good. We will be going back. But to a new panda thats closer to us. Panda was probably short...
