I'm going to be as fair as possible with this review because ultimately the food here is good. I've posted a picture of my order so you can see what I got and everything tastes great. If your thinking about any of these items then I would recommend all of them with exception to the tempura, because I didn't receive this item in my order. I've had two other kinds of ramen here and they were both equally good.
Which brings me to the reason my rating is lower than it could be. I picked up my order and returned home too eat. The bag is tied in a knot when you pick it up, understandably because of the current situation. But this means without cutting the bag open you will not be checking your order before you leave. Unfortunately part of my order was missing. No problem, it happens.
I call to inform them that the tempura was not in the bag with the intention of just having them refund the amount back to my card that I paid with. The girl knew exactly who I was because I had just been in to get the food. And it looked like a slow night. By the end of the conversation she had checked with the kitchen to verify if they had prepped the order correctly, which I heard them say yea it should have been in the bag. And I had to say no less than 4 times that it absolutely was not in the bag. It was clear they weren't very busy at all so what that tells me it's the cook just straight up lied about the order.
To make a mistake and not include part of my order is fine. I don't think it's fine to argue with a customer and continue to say "it should have been in the bag" over and over again. For the record, I agree, it should have been in the bag. I asked for the refund and was quickly given it. But I also asked for my tip to be refunded and ultimately had to speak to the manager. She handled the situation quickly and professionally.
With that out of the way I want to point out that my bowl of ramen was $20. The prices for some of the add ons are extremely disproportionate to what you receive. Tofu is about $1.70 for a whole container and for $3 there was about 5 cubes in my bowl. Same with mushrooms, a whole container is about 2 bucks but for the $2 up charge there was about 5 mushrooms in the bowl. To be honest, every up charge was about a five count. Carrots are literally a dollar for a while bag but it was a buck for five slices of a single carrot. Although there are vegan options here. Given the noodle and broth is around 11 and some change, it cost almost the same amount to add some veggies to the dish. I wouldn't call this place vegan friendly for anyone looking. And as a counter to this dish, there are at least two other places in town where a vegan noodle bowl is $10 fully loaded. The prices are just not proportionate to what you receive.
Bottom line for me is when I have this kind of confrontation with a place and they know my name I will most likely not order from them anymore. Not worth risking something happening to my food. It's unfortunate but it...
Read moreLet me start this out by saying This is by far one of our favorite spots to go to while in town when we are craving ramen. The food is always delicious and typically the service is great but today was a disappointment. We order the same thing everytime we go 1 tonkotsu and 1 spicy miso. Today was no different, but sadly when we received our meals they gave us 1 tonkotsu and 1 spicy tonkotsu. We let our waitress know immediately after realizing. She took it back and apologized. When returning to the table she said the chef would be remaking our meal but her manager wanted her to relay a message of "they typically do not do refunds and next time we need to be more clear." We both said ok and apologized but we knew what we ordered and were very disappointed with how management decided to handle it. There were so many ways they could have gone about it but instead they sent the waitress to deliver their rude comments and deal with the aftermath. Once we got the correct soup, we ended up packing it up Togo and leaving since we were both irritated with how it was handled. The waitress did the best she could and wished us a better visit the next time. As we packed up to leave we noticed another table sending back 2 of their soups so maybe it wasn't us needing to be "more clear". Just food for thought. Sadly, we will not be returning...

Finally got the wife to try it out with me and unfortunately it was not a great experience.
Went in around 7:40 and the waitress who was very nice and attentive sat us. Had to wait a bit for her to deal with multiple food delivery drivers issues and phone calls as she was the only one.
We were excited to try the pho only to be told they were out of pho noodles. (Surprising considering they are right by food co. and grocery outlet! You'd think they could grab some from these places when running low). Considering the name (Ramen vs Pho) probably shouldn't run out of either of the main characters.
We had eaten ramen previous day from a different restaurant so was planning on trying the pho this visit and ramen next.
Since no pho we decided just to get appetizers.
Chicken wings were not good, tasted old and had corn dog like batter.
Spring rolls and sauce very generic. Tasted identical to ones from Costco.
Lao sausage were good and they give you a lot so that was nice, needs a more flavorful chili paste to go with it.
Based on this experience unlikely to be returning but if we ever do I'll...
