Will never again take my business to them again after leaving my vehicle in their hands to install my new audio upgrades and then returning to the shop where I was forced to pay first before seeing what was done first which ok don’t mind too much. So after they had their money I soon figured out why they did that, because they had put a huge dent on the door frame of my brand new vehicle and when I confronted them they said it wasn’t them and that it was like that. Like really, I know everything that’s on my truck I’m not a kid.. All I wanted was for them to man up to a mistake that sometimes happens. But to be spineless and not take responsibility of something that happened on their premises and to treat me like that after giving them my business and spending thousands of my hardworking honest money and the worst part is they just walked away and had nothing else to say. Not an apology not anything just thanks for your money and here’s your damaged vehicle.. Never again will I spend a penny there.. I’ll spend more to deal with professionals that know how to install things...

I was initially introduced to Audio Outlet because they picked up the phone call I made to them after the first ring where as other company’s did not answer or were closed. Miguel answered the phone and was able to answer my questions which brought my to the store where I was able to purchase the stereo equipment using their in store SNAP leasing finance. The Equipment was installed by friendly competent technician's Sako and Hugo. Both technicians skillfully installed my awesome stereo in a reasonable time. I was completely happy with their product install and the professionalism they demonstrated to me as their customer. I have been back to inquire information of adding additional speakers and a custom job in the back seat. I recommend Audio Outlet for your next audio, stereo purchase, where quality is applied! Talk about Professional and Honest and Quality Shop! First of all cleanliness, organization and showroom for this entire shop shows you they are about business and customer service and experience. I went in with my own idea for my system setup for my 2500HD and I was guided to go another route. Initially I was hesitant but I could tell they understood what I wanted and they know the audio world with so many options out there it can be tough to figure out a setup. I trusted the recommendation and I have a quality bass setup for all my music. I’ll say this, hands down I’m overly impressed by my new bass setup but the quality of service was exceptional and the product exceeded my standards.
