To: Tony Garcia Your review has been proven to be full of untruths and lies. When you received the water heater from us, the box is checked and there was no damage to the box. When you returned the water heater, you stated in your review it was unopened and undamaged. This is untrue. The box was open and ripped down the side. You stated that it was too large, which would not be detectable without opening the box. We have the photos to prove this. You said in your review that no one helped you and had bad customer service. Since you were not given what YOU wanted that is against our posted and written company policy, that makes us have bad service? Another false accusation. Again you said you were only given partial refund. You were given 90% back which clearly is not partial ALSO you didn't bring back all the items on your receipt so of course we only gave you a refund for the product you brought back. If you feel any of this is untrue please feel free to call us, we dare you right back. We may not be able to answer everytime our phone rings but we are giving our customers that we are currently helping with the best service we can. Read moreWhat happened to a once amazing company? I ordered several parts for a bathroom remodeling from their sales team. I got a call saying the parts had arrived. I found out after driving across town that only a few parts were there. My project was delayed a week. I finally received the order and scheduled the plumber. On site the plumber said the salesperson didn't order the additional assembly to install the drain. I then had to rush to Lowes to buy a different kit to complete the job. Finally, the faucet spout had a manufacturing defect which the plumber pointed out and said I needed to exchange that part to complete the job. I raced across town to return the part that I now couldn't use and exchange the defective part. After waiting 45 minutes for a service representative to accuse the plumber of breaking the part and then after acknowledging the salesperson didn't order the full assembly stated that we don't accept returns on special orders and we think that your plumber broke the part so we won't exchange that either! Omg! I ordered $400 worth of parts and was then treated like a criminal. Let my lesson be your lesson. AVOID THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS or you too will have a horror...

I went to return it ( never installed or taken out box) The told me because the box was damaged they would not refund it to me. I spent 700.00 for this unit they used a forklift to bring it out to me when I purchased and box was already in a questionable condition. I asked to talk to manager all he did for me is give me partial refund on unit I lost 100.00 on this transaction. It was very disappointing with the way I was treated and how they did not really care for their customers. I still need a water heater but because of the way things were handled I decided I would not give them anymore of my money. Things are tough right now financially , these people took advantage of me. I give you a fare warning do not shop here. I would wish the owner would look into his level of customer service.
