Yesterday night I went to Dutch bros where usually they are very nice and are helpful but I think the girl that was there was having a bad day that night because she was very rude to me without me being rude to her. I would understand her if I was being rude but I wasnât at all. I ordered three different drinks. I was clear and specific about how I wanted my drinks made. (I go to Dutch a lot and order the same thing) When I received my drinks they were not made correctly and that was fine I guess the guy who took our order put it in wrong and itâs understandable. I told the barrista that I had asked for my drinks for a certain way and for no Ice. She said it was light ice but it was not what I asked for so I asked if she can remake them and she said no because I needed to pay extra because they didnât charge me for cold pour, and she said it in a very rude manner to me. I told her it was ok for her to charge me and remake my drinks the way I originally had though they were gonna make them for me and that I had no problem paying the extra charge but she didnât have to be rude. I am very un happy with thee service because she was really rude to me for simply asking them to fix my drinks. She proceeded to say that she would fix my drinks for the extra charge which I told her would be fine. I just wanted my drinks how I had told the person taking my order. She proceeded to tell me not to be rude to her when she clearly was the one being rude to me. I drive from far to get beverages from Dutch bros to receive rude and unprofessional service.    Read moreIâve been here twice and both experiences were horrible. 1st time I got a mangonada which I get all the time in Merced. My husband also got one too. There was almost no real fruit on top, you could barely see it on mine and it was none existent on my husbands. I actually asked and paid for extra fruit too. When we confronted the guy serving us about there being no fruit in my husbands drink and no extra let alone the regular amount of fruit in mine the âbroistaâ argues with us and said itâs in the middle were you canât see it. Like ???? What? I know the fruit doesnât just fall perfectly in the middle where you canât see it. Itâs thick and sits on top even when the drink starts to melt! The guy was completely rude! The 2nd time I got something different cause I was not going through the mangonada incident again. They gypped me on the flavors they add in. I ordered a poppin boba berry lemonade with blue raspberry drizzle on top and bottom . When I got it was more brown than pink, barely any blue. It tasted bitter like lemonade I couldnât even taste the berry or blue raspberry ( I paid extra for) which I surprising since if you can imagine this is a very sweet drink because of the extra drizzle I ordered. Plus it already was partially melted like itâs been sitting for a while. So gave up and went to another Dutch bros( on Shaw ) and got the same drink and they did it right ( I have pictures too, to bad I canât post them here to show you).Iâm Never going to the McKinley location again.    Read moreIm very disappointed and upset about a recent visit here on the Dutch Bros location on Mckinley ave. This is my first time ever getting Dutch Bros and I had a bad customer service experience. I visited last weekend and the drive thru lines are usually long during weekends so there was two order takers working that day outside in the drive thru lines I believe there was a gentleman and a women that attended me and my boyfriend, So we barely get in the line and the women greets us but in a unhappy manner. She asks what would we like to order today so as a new customer I didnât have time to decide what I wanted because she came up to us to early I told her I needed more time and she rolls her eyes and says âdo know how long it will take â ? and I think she said something because of the traffic and I understand her part of getting annoyed because I needed more time and she wanted to get her job done fast but she could of have had a polite response. So then I felt pressured and had anxiety of ordering whatever I saw on the menu because of her. Then I said can I just get a Tea but what kind of teas do you have ? and she said âwe have a alot of teas â and that was her only answer. As a new customer you need more information about your products and good customer service. I felt very awkward and pressured so I ordered whatever first thing I saw on the Menu. These workers scare people away and I wont be coming back...
