Just go to TSA instead. Set my appointment online and then arrived prior to set appointment (albeit 7 not 10 minutes) was checked in (got my lil post-it note on my passport) directed to sit and wait ... which I did. Appointment time passed , then 10, then 20, then 30 minutes, then an hour. After I noticed at least 7-8 individuals (that I could confirm) walk in after me and getting called and processed (all for TSA-Pre) but not wanting to sound entitled I approached the receptionist (same one who had glanced over at me at least a 1/2 dozen times over the course of an hour ) I inquired as to whether waiting an hour or more (by then it was more) was 'usual' for the TSA applications. At this point she was incredulous that I had been sitting there that long (until I showed her their post-it note with the check-in time). "Oh, we called your name over 45 minutes ago." Funny I have been sitting within line of sight of you 10 feet away the entire time. Next thing you should know, using this place is you will be run through the verification process in a 8x8 foot room at the same time as another total stranger with your personal information readily visible, but ya as a third party vendor to the federal government I am sure it's all very 'secure'. I'd give the place less than zero stars...

Finding this place is a tad difficult, for it blends in with the other places in the mall. Great, great staff! Went in to renew my TSA Known Traveler number. They ask you to arrive 10 minutes early. You check-in at the desk at the far side of the lobby. Eventually they take you back to have your passport scanned. You can then update any information on the screen. Your fingerprints on both hands are scanned electronically, which the technician helps you with. Then the technician takes your photograph. You pay the technician by credit card, debt, or money order. NO CASH ACCEPTED! No handicapped parking or door openers. Curb from parking space to sidewalk is about 3”-4” high. No designated wheelchair seating space in the lobby, yet there is a lot of space for wheelchairs in the middle of the lobby since the chairs...

Simple and fast check-in. There are multiple different types of services, so be sure to state your name and the type of appointment that brought you there. The waiting room is large and seats are spread out safely. I went in for TSA Pre-check enrollment which went super fast and was mostly automated through a machine that the staff person went through for the enrollment. I had to do finger prints and a photo. Even with those steps, it was pretty quick. So glad to have had a positive experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a TSA Pre-check Enrollment...
