I call this the big Kroger! Right off the bat the produce section is large, very well stocked and it looks like they picked only the top crops. I have never seen any pest buzzing around like the little Kroger on 2351 & S. Friendswood. Their veggies always seem scarce and sad. I dont really shop in the deli or the bakery but both have a big selection to choose from. If I have time I cant resist getting lost down the housewares isles and I can always find something unique for my kitchen. If I drank or entertained they have isles of wine and beer an on the weekend they share samples with the customers. You got to hand it to them on that incentive, get the customers feeling relaxed and listening to the music they may make it a date and shop the night away. The rest of the department's have large varieties to choose from and the employees are still willing to provide customer service and dont act like you just shot theire puppy when you expect them to do the job they were hired to do. They all appear to have the rest they need to be awake, fully functional and most have a good attitude. It's always a relief to see more then 1 register open so I dont have to work for free and have the attendants called on me because the register is not used to having someone who scans at enough speed to get er done if need be. I dont like the fact that they are paying someone to stand around and watch me check myself out, if you dont trust me hire more checkers and dont let me do it. But that is really more a problem over at the little Kroger, thos one is well managed and well staffed. Cleanliness is a big here and shows me the team all work well together to keep it at that high level. I havent found any issues with this store and always enjoy my shopping experience here.

Read moreI use to build tree houses and bike trails on that property. Friendswood has been over come by to many people. That goes for Houston in general...! Being that I'm a native Texan and American. There was a time when you didn't have to worry about traffic jams. A time when you could go to Houston or Galveston in twenty minutes. A time when you left your garage door open all night. A time when baybrook didn't look like new years eve every day. Remember the only way you can call yourself a Texan, you have to be born and bred in Texas.....!! Everyone else is just a visitor to me...!! This is not Louisiana, California, Florida, New York ....this is Texas. Also its a total shame that we have a loosing football team named Texans...!!! Ironic actually...!!! Because a real Texan would have figured it out by now...!!! LOV YA BLUE...I MISS...
Read moreI'm here quite frequently because of the various places here. The places I frequently visit are Kroger, the Kroger gas station, Wing Stop (for those wing cravings), Brian's Jewelry (nice selection and great for repairs), the Crystal's nail salon (great), Small Cakes bakery (delicious), Woof Gang bakery (super cute), and the QQ Star Asian restaurant (good & fast). There's also a Chance bank, Wendy's, Saruzzo's New York pizza restaurant (great for feeding a crowd or large group of kids), Subway (I don't care for any Subway), hair salon/barbershop, a diet center, and Friendswood Eye Center (my dad was happy with...
