Had the most terrible experience ever - just because of one rude person who I think manages the store. (Such a pity). Ok. I went to get some maternity clothes for my wife today. Firstly, the whole store was so clumsy that it was very difficult to find the little section on maternity clothes. The store is such ill managed that there is hardly any assistance available. So I directly went to this so called rude-most person (my bad) to know if there were any maternity clothes available. Forgot to mention I greeted with a Hi, how are you and she just had a rude response saying these clothes are only online. She added saying the store has very few maternity clothes. I was utterly disappointed not cuz of unavailability of maternity clothes but for that unacceptable rude way of customer handling. :( :( later when I was accompanying my wife while she was trying the dresses, she came in with her rude voice once again saying am not allowed in there. Firstly, it was no where written that way or did she understand we ain't there for doing any nonsense activities but to bloody shop!!! I felt completely offended when I saw her hiding behind an aisle and still been staring at me if I am trying to go into the fitting room. Grrrr.. How worst a store manager can be. Terrible terrible experience. Many thanks to the kind old lady who help my wife pick the right dresses. Guess what, at last we shopped for $200+. If anyone from Khols is really pying attention to any customer problems, kindly request you to attend this and advice the person to have some courtesy to customers who yeild her all that earnings!!! Sorry to leave a single star though I like khols so much but couldn't help as I am writing this review right here from the store. Posting this message publicly with my real name and info just to make sure nobody thinks bogus of these...
Read moreA horrible experience! I'd give O stars if I could. My customer service experience was basically discrimination. The culture is different in this store most of the employees are not willing helpful nor friendly to a selected customer base from my experience, I'd say only a small few. I was serviced one way while making a purchase but witness customers before me and during my transaction a completely different way. The training must be subpar because I was given two different explanations within a 24hr time period. One CSR when I asked him a question would continuously say he didnt know any answers to my questions as a veteran CSR looked on and observed our interaction.I called the atore upon leaving to speak with the store manager who was not in and the operator told me she didn't know when the store manager would be in because schedules are only posted daily. Now she has no idea that I spent several years in retail management so I said ok let me speak to the manager on duty. The reason I called was because my child was with me and I was already getting push back and resistance. I spoke to an assistant manager named Lydia. Who showed not one ounce of empathy or concern and was not apologetic. So I called coroperate and made a complaint. The quality of customer service was much better than my store experience. I'm returning my items purchased and refused to shop this store again. Marshalls Ross TJMaxx and JCPenney all carry the same items. I'm not longer staying silent and accepting this sort of treatment from places of business where I...
Read moreThe little old lady with the glasses asked me four times to apply to the credit card. The first time it was fine and I politely declined the kohls card. The second time she attempted to ask me by explaining all the benefits that it came with, once again I politely declined. The third time she asked me if I had a phone number that I can put to get my Kohl’s rewards, I then put in my phone number and then she prompted me to her screen and said that I had rewards available and to retrieve them I would have to put in my Social Security. I then asked her did I have rewards, or did was she still trying to sign me up for the credit card? She admitted that she was still trying to sign me up for the credit card, and started telling me the benefits of having a credit card once again. At this point, I began to get very frustrated. Because now she is trying to trick me into putting my social to sign up for the card. I declined once more. And then she responded no! Just put your social in there. At this point I had to raise my voice and say I will not be signing up for the card and please process my payment. At this point she finally processed my payment and I left. I will not be coming back to this register. I love Kohl’s but I never want to...
