Extreme rudeness from Owner cost him a 6 yr Weekly Regular.

The owner of this shop is extremely rude, as evidenced by his multitude of 1-star reviews on Yelp. However I have been a regular for over 6 years, loyally purchasing the SAME shake every week and ordering two expensive cakes every Halloween. I could point the owner out in a lineup. Being such a frequent customer, I imagined he would appreciate my business.

He mis-heard my shake order (I order the SAME one every week for 6 years) and literally argued with me, accusing me of adding almonds when I can't eat nuts so I'm quite certain I didn't order them in my shake.

Did he seriously not recognize me after all the money I've patronized his ice scream shop with over the years? Perhaps he would be friendlier (or at least courteous) if he remembered I'm his customer that gets the same ice cream shake every week?

Instead he snapped, "I made you another one, didn't I?"

Wow.

At the moment I was too astonished that I left the shop without another word. Now I wish I had handed the shake back for a refund. Hopefully he sells his business to someone who knows how to run a customer service establishment.

I'm sure the abundance of other local ice cream shops in Frisco will be happy to receive my generous patronage. Never....

First time at this location. I treated my son for some ice cream and was happy to see they had a couple of dairy-free options. My son chose the cookies and cream, and I had the Non-dairy Daiquiri Ice. The Daiquiri Ice is definitely an acquired taste, but it does get better with each bite. We both really enjoyed our treats.

The reason I only gave 3 stars, is because of the long wait and cleanliness of the store.

A family of 4 walked in before us and they all ordered milkshakes, there was only one guy behind the counter working, the line was really starting to build up, and after waiting about 10-15 minutes another guy who was in the back came out to help. He should’ve come out to help earlier.

Lastly, as I stood there waiting, I noticed the store didn’t seem very clean. The floors need to be mopped, the canisters with the toppings are dirty, and the glass on the ice-cream display case needs to be cleaned. The whole store looks like it needs a deep cleaning.

If they can fix these issues, I think this would be a great place to satisfy your...

I showed up and placed 2 orders that included a 1 scoop bowl and a pint that included 2 flavors mixed in the pint. Once I advised the male employee I wanted 2 flavors to make up a pint, He says "we can't mix to two flavors, you have to be one pint each of the flavors you want." I immediately said I always order 2 flavors in one pint and his response " What location?" as if I had been mixed up what location I was at, which was insulting. I then asked him to call the owner as this is a franchise location and once I said that he refused and told me that he would make one pint as I originally requested...So at this point I am not happy, that this employee attempted to impact my order and experience negatively, had I not challenged what I was being told.

What makes it even worse, I came here due to Coldstone Creamery down the street not having ice cream available (see my separate review). The Baskin Robbins ice cream tasted freezer burnt and old with no real taste.... Sad...
