Really loud atmosphere Customer service is not pleasant, not attentive, and rude Food is not good at all other than the pizza and green beans… The ravioli…could’ve fooled me, they were more like crunchy PIZZA POCKETS! DO NOT ORDER the ribs, always burnt, hard, barely any for $27, LITERALLY WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO Bricktop’s and get their ribs for $30 (WAY BETTER SERVICE/QUALITY/ATMOSPHERE… the meat falls off the bones easily and is 10/10) point of story, I’d rather eat anywhere else… Room service is available but their QR code doesn’t allow you to order online… they didn’t pick up their phone for a while, called multiple times. 18% TIP + $2.99 delivery to room.

My wife and I had to run errands and stumbled upon this restaurant. Yes, it is tucked inside the Hilton. We were pleasantly surprised with the food, and the service provided by Lorna. She was fantastic! We ordered a pizza, a cheeseburger with fries, and a chicken sandwich with fries. The iced tea was fresh. We even ordered a pizza to go for our son. Overall we had a great experience, could it be updated, sure. The floor did need to be cleaned a little better. But as far as the food goes, I highly recommend! MVP

Really excellent place for lunch or dinner, not your usual hotel restaurant. Much like a local bistro, with a tasty menu that goes from toasted ravioli to salads to pasta and steaks. Great Mediterranean salad, shrimp scampi was perfect with plump tender shrimp and al dente pasta. Filet steak was done perfectly. Desserts are from local places lik MacArthur's and Hank's Cheesecakes. Hidden gem, with very reasonable prices.

We have been staying at the Hilton Frontenac for the last 3 years at least 10x a year. They have the grill restaurant which is good, but the provinces restaurant for breakfast it’s terrible with customer service. Today we witnessed a discussion between the servers because we sat with our favorite server (Niecey), who happens to be the only good, friendly, amazing person there. The other waitress and the hostess were complaining loudly about us setting in Niecey’s section, and had no problems making sure we could hear them. The host tried to sit me where she wanted, and since we are paying and have options, we always choose Niecey’s section. We prefer not to sit with rude and incompetent people, and truly, the only good reason to eat there is to visit with Niecey and be treated nicely. Shame on you Hilton for having such horrid people there who obviously need training on customer service. Maybe more regulars would not mind sitting in their section if they were not so rude. Don’t bother eating there unless Niecey is...

Prospect employees, this is a prejudice work environment. If you are ethnic and great, the jealous waitresses will lie on you, steal your tables, and try their hardest to make a hostile environment in hopes you will quit. Heaven forbid you professionally stand up for yourself, because then they will frantically find a way to play victim to get you fired. The manager, no matter how much she agrees that you were indeed harassed, will say “Well you must have done something for her to feel that way”. Yes, I did do something. I, being the just and powerful individual that I am, did not let a pitiful bully continue with their truly pathetic and racist antics. God, please heal the minds of the immature white women that use their privelage to further ruin humanity. God Bless Niecey, the best...
