What is up with Taco Bell you order to 10 packs of tacos and other kinds of Taco food they give you two packs of taco sauce who the hell does that you would think they were the ones buying the taco sauce you should at least get one pack of taco sauce for each Taco that you purchased you would think huh know half the time they don't ask you and half the other time they don't think to put it in the bag and the other half they will ask you and still don't put it in the back as a joke in our family my youngest son used to have a picture of their menu on his Facebook page and he was going to have them cater his wedding but when he seen how lazy they were getting with everything that you asked him for and they don't have or they have it and don't want to put it out this is for the Taco Bell in Middleburg and on the one on Blanding Boulevard and some days you will get just a little strips of cheese and a whole handful of lettuce or a little strip of meat and still a handful of lettuce I just don't get it I remember when Taco Bell first came out their tacos were automatically Supreme now they make you pay for each and every little individual thing I think people should be more courteous more asking and more caring when they work at a Taco Bell or any restaurant it's a shame that sometimes you even have to go back to the restaurant to get the food because the merchandiser hasn't paid enough attention to notice that the stuff is not in the bag I do not care how many times you tell them they still get it wrong you can tell them five or six times at the counter or the window and they still get it wrong somebody from Taco Bell corporation needs to take the time out retrain these kids or adults to learn how to serve customers without us customers you would not have your business so I think you need to step it up a little bit and do what needs to be done or you're going to lose your business cuz people are not going to want to come to a business they cannot get their food out the door like...
Read moreDrive-thru was packed as one would expect to see at noon on a Friday. It was another hot Florida day. I don't have AC so I pulled into one of the many open spaces and went inside.
The AC felt great as I got in line. There were three people ahead of me. A solitary young boy man's the register. He's a frail, diminutive creature, polite with a friendly demeanor but slow, painfully slow.
I was hungry but I was thirsty more and this line and this kid were killing me. Orders were ready before he could finish giving change. Now I know what you're thinking, 'maybe the guys in back we're fast.' And you're right; The guys in back were crushing it. Still each order took the kid like 5 minutes to get submitted.
The boys lack of haste didn't go unnoticed and after 10 or 15 minutes an older employee came up and relieved the boy kindly asking him to 'mind the lobby.'
'Thank God,' I'm pretty sure just the guy in front of me heard me say, though I had not meant it to be Audible at all.
Still the substitution that just took place pleased me and within the next minute I was filling my large cup with ice cold Pepsi and eagerly awaiting my order.
In less than 60 seconds I heard 'Nick!' I went to the counter, collected my tray and took a seat at a table overlooking the front parking lot.
The food was delicious. It was everything I was expecting it to be. It really hit the spot!
The boy from the register was carefully cleaning a table to my left as I finished eating my meal. I laughed to myself and thought 'he's a good kid.'
I refilled my soda, sat back down and just looked out the lobby window enjoying being full.
A young blonde haired woman in blue jeans and black tank top with no bra was looking for something in the back of her pick up truck. Whatever it was, she still hadn't found it when I left to go back to work 20 minutes later.
It was a solid lunch experience, T-Bell OP. I...
Read moreI've been to much better Taco Bell establishments than this one. The drive through is horrible, they rarely get your order right and the line is always so long and slow. We got tired of leaving without all of our order so we started going inside, but that's not much better. The inside is messy, gunk on the tables, trash on the floor. Even the bathrooms are gross and the toilet didn't flush right last time I used their bathroom. The food sometimes isn't cooked all the way. My cheese on my quesadilla wasn't even melted. Oh, and if you're considering whether or not to try out their new Doubledilla, don't. My last order I got a quesadilla and my husband got a Doubledilla. As you can see by the pictures I uploaded, there's hardly any difference between the two, except the price. I paid $3.19 for the Quesadilla and $5.29 for the Doubledilla. The only difference I noticed was the Doubledila is a hair larger. That's it. So I recommend saving your money and just buy the regular one instead. The only good thing I can say about this Taco Bell, is the employees are nice. I've never had anyone who works there act rude towards me. They've always seemed nice, even when they're super busy. If you're looking for some tacos - I suggest finding yourself a different Taco Bell, because this...
