Ok normally I love the store last two times I came in a old lady with white hair and tattooed eyebrows She’s been picking on me and my family we went out of our way to get 5 sodas there the first four two had ice she shook the sodas and said that’s not enough ice two had no ice she said she’ll charge me two times for those sodas then mine I had ice for 5 sodas at 99c she charged me $7.60. It was what I explain I just don’t like ice I’ve been mold in my cup from dirty ice machines. She’s like well we don’t make enough on soda here so you have to have it half way with ice. I’m like Ok cool maybe she’s having a hard day I didn’t really complain I just paid the extra money. Then I came in a week later and got 3 sodas and I made sure to put enough ice like she asked got to the counter she’s like do you have ice we’ve had this problem before and shock all our sodas I opened it showed her the ice now I’m upset. I told her she needs to mark it on the machine or mark up the sodas if you’re not making enough I don’t understand why you keep attacking me. Now her and the other young lady and the man there is laughing at us. I don’t think it’s funny I didn’t do anything to be treated like that. She’s like don’t tell me how to run my business. I’m like you must not be doing to good if you’re hurting over ice in a soda. Well we won’t be back we spent 100 or more or cases of cigarettes for our house house that’s 1,200 a year that they will no long get from us. And the food we would buy in there it may be funny to them or them say who cares but I really am hurt she went out of her way to pick on my family we were quite respectful cleaned up after our selfs so the only thing she could of been rude to us about is what we look like she must not like Hispanic people or something because we did nothing to her to be mean to us. I would really love to talk to the real owner and let him know how they treat customers that been very loyal and go out of there way to shop there. But sadly to say we will no long be shopping there. Old lady with blue eyebrows was extremely rude. I got a drink with little ice. She said "no it has to be filled with ice". I told her" I don't like a lot of ice and there is no sign saying I have to fill it to the top with ice. " She refused to sale it to me until it was full of ice. I don't understand because now I have to trump my drink then fill it again which is using more soda anyway. But I do it i fill it half way full thinking I'll meet her in the middle I do want some soda not just ice. She sakes my soda. Then says "no this is not full of ice." I left not paying for anything. I Have gone there multiple times to cash my checks and my husband as well one of the cashier was fairly rude and said they have never seen me in there before when I go in every Friday and when I called to complain I basically got called a liar and got hung up on. And they don't know how to give the correct amount of change. I have gotten more then what my check was and I didn't notice and the next time I went in I had to pay it back when it was there mistake and almost happened more then once but after the first time I made sure to check how much they would give me.
