Every 6000 puff Esco Bar I’ve purchased from here stops working properly after 20mins of use. 9/10 it continues to fire completely wasting the juice and burning the coil. The staff is nice and friendly though. They don’t seem to have an understanding of the return policy. I was told by one employee I could bring it in within three days with the receipt if stopped working properly. I went in to exchange it with the receipt the next day and was told that they no longer do exchanges/returns on faulty products.
The owner seems to get rude and defensive when replying to negative reviews of his store. The more appropriate and professional thing to do would be to apologize and make things right with the customer. I guess some people aren’t great at understanding business concepts, especially customer retention. Find it very peculiar that no matter how similar and consistent the negative reviews the owner still seems to think it is the customer that is the problem, not the way he/she mismanages and treats people.
