Good store went to get vape juice on the 23rd of August 2023 at 4:46 PM and they were closed no sign on the door no lights on Sort of odd and Google Says they're open and so does their sign on their door for hours of operation but no one is here There is no sign on the door stating anyone is out for any amount of time it is just closed with no reason thats why put 2 stars They responded with the manager is on vacation and will resume normal hours Monday It's unprofessional not on the manager's behalf, but the owner for not having the employee to cover The manager's position For the time he'll be gone They could at least updated their Google page To state temporarily closed I operate a business and its location is on Google any given time I can update the page and put out messages and notes on business or update my service hours Or publish deals. And if someone isn't able to work maybe the manager should hire another person instead of closing down his business or not getting up off of his butt and doing the job himself I don't know why people feel so entitled and lazy but it's a problem in this nation and this is a prime example of a lazy employee if it wasn't for the manager I'd never shop there again The manager is absolutely awesome and honestly should be the owner he has more integrity than the owner and he has better business ethics as well and he's always there unlike the lazy owner.

The only reason this has been updated is because the manager the one employee who is always there is extremely professional polite and I honestly think if it wasn't for him the business would have gone under overall the store because of the manager/employee gets five stars but the owner...

Today is a Saturday and they open a little later on the weekends for obvious reasons as those who run this store are real people with normal lives- and during the weekends I suggest coming in later in the day as a result. After the store opened up I was introduced to a new flavor that was immediately what I was looking for, was at a good price, and at the potency I needed to keep cutting down on my dosage. The people that work here are always super friendly and I love living only a few blocks from this store. This is probably the 6th or 7th time I've been there and I wish I'd reviewed them before now, as they deserve all my praise. The selection isn't the widest but largely this is due to the level of curation they provide. They hardly stock anything that isn't of superior taste and quality, which is why there can seem to be an impression of lacking selection. I implore anyone to look past this, and to try the flavors they carry, because, as a veteran of the vape myself, I've never left this store disappointed. If you want actual variety, just go to a vape store in Payette. Truly one of the most underwhelming vape shops I’ve ever been in. 90% of their selection are disposables, that only have 2 options with nic levels, you can either get the highest level of nic which is 50 or go all the way down to zero. There’s barely any coils or pods, and a small variety of juice. Would not recommend unless you’re strictly devoted to disposables. For a vape shop that’s been open for years, this place is...
