St. Luke's Clinic - Family Medicine: Fruitland — Local services in Fruitland

This place is a joke. I was told to go to the walk in clinic so I could get my half yearly blood check for my thyroid medication. After sitting in an empty waiting room for over 30 minutes I was finally taken back by the CNA. She talked to me for less than 3 minutes and told me she would tell them I was ready, 56 MINUTES LATER the doctor finally came in. Literally talked to me for less than 2 minutes sent me out to go to the lab where I sat in another empty waiting room for yet another 25 minutes before being taken back for my blood draw. That was over a week ago and I still have yet to receive my dang blood results back. Every time I call in and ask for them they tell me the doctor has to give her notes before they can give the results... seriously? I worked in a lab for 3 years. I know how to read my own dang blood work. Give me the numbers so I can know what is off if anything. Grrrrr... healthcare is...

I am left shaking my head in shock over the way the staff treated my husband tonight. We went to have a cut on his arm looked at and flued shut. We pulled up to the doors at 7:55, right as one of the front desk people were coming to lock the doors, she saw us pull up and my husband climb out of the car. She completely ignored him and continued to lock the door and walked away. We had called ahead of time to find out if they would let him in if we arrived right before 8, and were told if you get here by 7:55 we will let you in. We were there, infact when we pulled into the parking lot there sign still said open! And the fact that she ignored him and didn't even have the courtesy to say anything or even acknowledge him is so unprofessional! I will be calling the office in the morning...

Has down the worst clinic I have ever delt with or been to. The emergency staff at night where all over the place with a empty hospital and had no idea what they where doing. My emergency doctor had no clue on how to rap a arm after a bicep tar. Did it 2 ways wrong before he got it right and not only that. The person I came in with and myself were pretty sure he was under the influence of something. Also the wanted to give me a xray not a mri for a muscle and tenden tar. I asked the Dr about it and he said they don't have a mri machine. So the coming Monday I called and they informed me that they did have a mri machine. And this all keeps continuing but I'll spar you the time. Do not got to st. Luke's in fruitland if you want good...
