Silver Smoke Shop — Local services in Placentia

Been going to this business for 2 years and spending about $80.00 A week for cigarettes. I opened a pack and immediately found it was stale. Took it immediately back and explained the problem and the owner refused to exchange because it was opened which I understand but good customer service would have dictated an exchange. I asked him for $7.50 you are willing to lose a good customer . He flatly refused. I told him I would be writing a review and his response was "I don't care." The single smoke shop around here in which the staff wears masks. They've also been nothing but friendly. They didn't have the loose tabaccoo I usually got from a different shop (stopped going because they don't wear masks there) and the new owner said he'd have it the following week. Went in to check if they had it a few days later and they didn't but the other staff member sent him a text to make sure he got some. All around...

Nice clean store, but always has been. Friendly guy behind the counter today. He's the only reason for giving 3⭐'s instead of 1.

A woman who I believe to be the Owner was not friendly at all, the first time I went. Quite the opposite actually.

Prices are higher than previous store at this location by about $1/per.
