5/4/24: I walked in to get my Pixel 6 Pro screen replaced. Took about 2 hours but he forgot to call me when it was ready, so I called him and he let me know if was good time for me to stop by to pick up my phone.

When I picked it up, the screen looked amazing, no cracks and looked legit. However, in front him I stated the phone was slow and glitchy. He said "maybe you need to do an update" in which I replied, I already an update. But I'll factory reset just Incase". On my way home I noticed there's a blue dot on the screen and eventually another dot appeared. So I factory reset the phone Incase it needed to calibrate but it's slow and glitchy and a few dots started flashing. The phone won't even read my fingerprint to unlock my phone anymore.

I came here because of the reviews and 5 starts. I paid $180+ for my phone to work worse than what it was when it was cracked. I'd have to wait until Monday to call him because they're closed now and they're not open on Sundays.

5/5/24: I can assure you It is not storage issues. As I stated before I factory reset my phone shortly after I left your establishment and the issues got worse. The screen you provided completely gave out today on 5/5/24, I had no choice to purchase a new phone. I cannot say enough about this place - My iPad battery was not holding a charge so I checked google and was able to locate a replacement battery on Amazon... once I received the battery and watched a YouTube video - I knew there was no way I could replace the battery.

I called Fix it now and went to see them. Their price was fair given what I saw on YouTube but rather than replacing my battery and taking my money, Fix it Now suggested he check out the iPad first before I spent any money. My battery was fine...

Turned out I need to update the IOS and now it is working great... He gave me back my battery, told me return it and get a refund and charged me next to nothing... I mean nothing compared to the battery cost!

I was so happy I gave him my phone to fix and he again solved my problem without selling me a new phone or charging me a ton to fix it.. he is fair, upstanding and honest....

When I was compelled to purchase some thing from him - I grabbed a pricey charger cord and he said wait I have a better one that is less expensive... who does that? A good neighborhood community minded businessman - that's who... support Fix it Now - they deserve it and they...

I was very disappointed with my experience with Fix-It Now. I brought my Apple watch in for a new battery. When I picked up my watch the next day I asked specifically if the watch was still water proof as it was from the factory. I was told yes that the seals were replaced. I went on vacation and wore my watch in a pool as I did last summer and within 15 minutes my display went dark and the watch no longer functioned. Upon my return from vacation, I went back to Fix It Now and told him what happened. He told me that the watch was not water proof only water resistant. We went round and round debating water proof vs. water resistant until I finally got frustrated and told him my only recourse was to give him a bad review.
