We bought a mattress & box spring last week then had it delivered today. The staff in the store was ok but the office staff didn't wear masks, there's no plexiglass divider/screen between office staff & customers, & overall they weren't very professional but they did accommodate our requests. The salesperson showed us the most expensive mattresses first then only showed us the cheaper model after I asked if they had one & she didn't seem very happy I even asked about it. There needs to be seating for customers near the back office. There were stools at the sales desk but they're too tall & cumbersome for someone with disabilities like myself. The delivery staff were very friendly & did a great job! The biggest problem we had was the $10 fee to haul away the old mattress and box spring which had to be paid when the mattress was delivered. This fee should've been included with the $100 delivery fee! Also, the mattress protector we bought should've been given to us the day we ordered the mattress so we could've taken it home & cleaned it before the mattress was delivered. The protector is required for the warranty but it says to wash it before using so we have to wash & dry it before we can make the bed. Kimbrell's has good quality products but you will definitely pay...

When finalizing the sale she suggested a mattress cover for the warranty and I declined because I had intended to cover with a pillow topper...So far they are batting 100. Upon going to the payment window a strawberry blonde suggest again the mattress cover ...to which I explain I was planning on using the mattress topper to which she sarcastically said "Make sure it is water proof"...Still excited about my purchase I let that go...and the same lady said "Will you be taking it today?" I explained because of the rain we would pick up the following day..The lady said as long as you have someone to load it because we can't load it for you tomorrow...My husband is still mad at the way the strawberry blonde lady spoke to us..After spending $600.00 he has assured me ..that will be the last time we will be shopping...

Called and they kept making excuses, putting me on hold, and was super short on the phone after me having to explain my story 3-4 times. After speaking with the manager I had to wait on to approve me getting a box spring for my bed it finally went through and they denied sending me any information via email to confirm appointment of them bringing the box spring or any information at all for my order.
