I was so excited to go to the outlet today. Only, after I came home, to find that I was priced gauged by Pottery Barn. After spending $400 in the store today, I came home looked to see online how much I saved on each item. I only realized that for each item i bought at the outlet was priced over 50% more than online price. Even with the 50% discount in store. And example is, I bought a pillow, online it was $12, in the store. At the outlet It was marked $36.50. I ended up paying $18.25 for that pillow at the outlet. I ended up spending six dollars more going to the outlet. After totaling up my total purchase and finding that every item that I had purchased was marked up between $10-to $75 more per each item. I bought a pillow cover. I ended up paying eighteen dollars and twenty five cents for that pillow at the outlet . I ended up spending six dollars more going to the outlet . After totaling up my total purchase and finding that every item that I had purchased was marked up between ten dollars - two seventy five dollars more per each item . I bought a 3 x 5 runner And thought it was a great deal and $125. Only to find, that online The rug was $176. In the store the Mark price on that same rug with $275. They increase the price by over $100. Even though, they are offering a 50% discount for Fourth of July, you are still being priced gouged. I didn’t notice many items were the same price as the Pottery Barn store. Shame on Pottery Barn! You will not be finding any bargains here. Everything is overpriced, overcharged, or remarked, and abusing their customers. Very sad day for Pottery Barn. I will never go back. I even bought a pillow case . It was damaged, and I called the store. They said it was a final sale and they were sorry. Time to boycott...
Read moreIf you are considering purchasing anything from this location, don’t. We bought a love seat and chair and scheduled a delivery to our brand new house. On the day of delivery we were given a window of 1pm-5pm. Around 4:30 we called to check the status of the order and the store said that the delivery was rescheduled for the next day which we were unaware of. According to the store the logistics company they use for delivery claimed they spoke to us to confirm the reschedule which never happened. They confirmed the delivery would occur the next day between 4-8pm. A truck with two people arrived around 4:30pm with the two items and proceeded to damage the walls, window sill and completely rip the trim off the wall. The delivery driver tried to claim it wasn’t his fault and then told us “pick up your own furniture next time”. When reaching out to the store for help the manager Cindy claimed there was nothing they could do except knock so money off “but you didn’t pay that much for it anyway” since it’s an outlet location. She then proceeded to call my fiancé “hateful” and said she may or may not help up within 2 weeks. The only help the manager for the delivery company Victor could provide was giving us an email to submit a claim for the damage that would be reviewed in 7-10 days. Pottery barn corporate can’t do anything to help because they have no way to track in store purchases. Absolutely terrible, and our brand new house...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about this Pottery Barn Outlet specifically the staff! They are always helpful. I recently purchased a bed and two nightstand’s. I saw it the night before on Instagram and called to make sure it was there but it was 5 mins til their closing time so I was there at opening the next morning. I went to the front desk and Dacey took me to the bed held it for me as I shopped the rest of the store. She arranged delivery for me as it was a canopy and very heavy and even told me about ways I could save by opening up a card. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company. I called the outlet right away and got Cindy the manager on the phone. She reached out to Dacey and they called me back and helped resolve the situation right away. I will most definitely be purchasing things from there in the future! Outstanding customer service! I would use caution using the 3rd party delivery service however. They subcontract the work out so you are really at the mercy of whomever...
