Waffle House — Restaurant in Gaffney

Emily, Oh Emily. I wouldn’t even give one start to this restaurant but I have to just in order to leave the review. Decided to try this location tonight and it was the worst experience of my life. Cops were even called. Our food was all messed up, wasn’t even able to get what we ordered. 2 people got their food before we did whom ordered after us. Mrs Emily whom was supposed to be the manager needs to be fired after tonight. I truly hope a corporate employee sees the camera footage from tonight. Her as a manager was in the restaurant cursing people out included myself, there was ketchup being thrown between customers and her, she attempted to follow another customer out of the location with a drink that she intended to throw on them. The cops were called on us by a cook, bc apparently they expect you to pay for food that is given to you regardless of if you eat or or not, regardless of if it’s even your order or not. I will never go back to this location again. I just hope...

Everytime I go to this one I have some kind of problem with the staff. I normally go with coworkers and we have to remind them what we ordered or if we can get our drinks. But one morning after work I went in. Ordered my food. They had a call in that they never finished. 3 people came after me, received their food, ate and left before they even finished making mine. I had to keep reminding just what I ordered. The waitress tried to over charge me. I had six of the $5 meals and she tried to charge me for each drink. Even left one out. Tried to tell me something didn't come with my order when it states what comes with it on the menu. Even said that she will give me a 10% discount. Which she didn't. And I'm also a Nestle employee so I should have gotten it regardless. Even had my badge that she could clearly see. Worst time at a...

BUYER BEWARE!!! We had a rude waitress that acted like we bothered her by sitting down. We were over charged, and when question the rudeness got worse. I paid the bill with a debit card just to leave and make sure to not visit this location again, 2 days later I look at the charge on bank account and she had helped her self to a tip. Even after writing $0 for a tip and writing the total at the bottom. I did leave a cash tip, which was not deserved, on the table. I contacted the store and it only got worse, after no prevail of even speaking with a manager, I asked the girl I was speaking to her name and she hung up the phone.
