1 star because I can't give it zero. My visit was on Saturday, January 29th around 5:15pm. I was driving from NC, and in all my years of Bojangles this is by far the trashiest experience. I walked in at stood at the front counter for 5 minutes before someone approached, but they were going out for a break or something. They asked the other 4 or 5 employees by the drive thru window area who had the front and they all looked at each other silently. They said "okay well I'll be right back" and left the restaurant without saying a word to me or even looking at me. I go use the bathroom thinking maybe they need time, about another 5 minutes later I came back and stood up front at the ordering station. This is when I overheard the employees talking about who will come attend to me because they don't want to. They proceeded to complain about how annoying it was that I walked in. It was not busy and there were 4 of them just having conversation. One of them, finally said "fine I'll take her order but one of you has to pack it" as she grumbled her way to the front counter visibly annoyed. I asked her "is it better to go through drive through?" (seeing as they were all hurdled by the drive through window area) and she nods with a high-pitched "Mhmm!" I said cool, thank you, and left. I didn't even wanna know how poorly done the food would be, they clearly didn't care about service they likely wouldn't have cared about food quality. I didnt want Bojangles bad enough to deal with this level of customer service ignorance, there are other fast food establishments around. And if I were gonna pay $15 per hour for that, I wouldn't give it to entitled a**holes for employees who have no job integrity. I feel bad for the owner, but throw them all away and start over - this time hire people...
Read moreCame through the drive thru today for breakfast, ordered a biscuit and gravy meal with fries and a coffee with cream and sugar, the cashier understood that. Then I said, can I have a number two just like that. The cashier couldn't understand that, paused then asked me if I wanted 2 orders of biscuit and gravy, I said no I want a biscuit and gravy meal with fries and a coffee and a biscuit bacon egg and cheese meal with fries and a coffee. I think he finally understood because how much more direct could I possibly be? But then he reads me back my order and he says 2 biscuit gravy meals and a bacon egg n cheese meal and i said no I'm sorry, I just want 1 biscuit meal and 1 sandwich meal. He started to argue back "but you said" then he took himself off the speaker. I get to the window and there's a lady ive always had a great interaction with, she's fantastic but he's next to her taking a guys order and he's saying off the speaker "I'm trying to read you your order back" but the customer is still trying to add things to the order.
Baby if you hate working at Bojangles then go get a different job! No one asked for a side of attitude with their chicken, especially at 930am first thing in...
Read moreI've had always had good customer service at the Bojangles on Hyatt St in Gaffney SC until today. Me and my family went through the drive through. When we get to the window the female that was working was nice (think she was new) she needed help with a transaction, a guy came to help her cause we was paying some on a gift card and the rest with my debt card. There was 20$ on the gift card. The guy was really rude said the card was declined. I was like no there is money on there. He proceeds to tell me, well it declined and held up my debt card and said do you have money on this card as if he was belittling me like I dont have money. I told him yea there is plenty of money on there. He said well do you want to pay with this card with a nasty attitude. I wanted to tell them to keep the food cause of the way I was talked to, but went head and bought it. The customer service was awful cause him making a scene like he did drawed other workings looking out of the drive through window. The way he handled the situation was unprofessional and degrading. Need better workers that knows ...
