Today is the day they lost a long term customer! I had previously been a customer for approx 3 years! But today they treated me so bad I almost walked out without paying I wanna so mad. So I will start from the beginning: today I got to the salon at approx 3:30 for a simple pedicure and gel white tip for my tues, and I wanted acrylic white tip for my nails. 3 people entered and came in to sit after me. My service did not start until after 4pm. I get seated at the pedicure bowl, and continue waiting for someone to service me. I watched as a young lady (who did not have a appointment) come in and was immediately escorted to her pedicure chair and was acommpanied by the artist who started on her(at this time I had been there approx 45 mins before her)Mean while, I was still waiting to start! I felt forgotten about because my water was cold so I told them. It over flowed because it got too hot And I took my feet out and they never came to turn it back off. Seeing as they sat me And walked off. So I am getting my pedicure And the lady cuts my toe, chipping my nail. Another artist comes over to correct it. By this time the other young lady (who coincidentally got the same thing I did gel pedi) was already done and escorted to the table with her same artist that started with her nails. Mind you, she came in 45 mins after me and was already done with her toes And starting her nails. Mean while I get my toes finished up and am pointed to go sit in a chair. I go sit down and my tech who did my toes goes elsewhere. I ask who is doing my nails and am told to sit here and wait, mind you it is Now approx 4:45 and the lady who came after me is washing her hands finishing up. I then asked them why did he start working on her rather me if I got her first?? He replied because he did her toes. So I said Ok why is the person who did my toes not doing mine?? He replied " she does not do acrylic" so at this I am pissed and have now been in the store approx 2 hours!! The girl leaves so I am thinking Ok so he will do me now.... NOPE! he says Hello to The next person sitting in tge waiting room!!! I was irritate at this point!!! They finally Had the RECEPTIONIST do my nails. That being said the whole time she is doing my nails any time the phone rings she stops serving me to answer !! No lie!! I have now been there 3 hours And tell her to give the phone to someone else so She can finish and I can go!! (She does) she cuts my cuticle several times so my nail beds are bleeding. This upsets me further and makes me think They just threw anyone to do my nails. Because all my time going there over the years I NEVER saw her do anything But work as the greeter etc. Then I finally finish And told my bill is $90. $50 for my toes and $40 for my nails. Their online website Andbon Google says typically people visit is 1-1.5 hours. I was there a total of almost 4 and the other 3 people that came in after me were all gone. I was The only one left. So yes I expected some kind of discount. Not only did they charge me, they overcharged me!! I am so mad at this point I tell her Idc but I will be back, She literally LAUGHED IN MY FACE AND SAID "OK GOOD, THANK YOU!" I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. I will No longer reccomend them or refer my friends there. Total Lack of customer awareness or customer service. !! Not to mention they had THEIR kids running around and shut in a back room because apparently it is professional to bring your kids to work for hours!??!! Read moregot a full acrylic set last week, w gel. polish was see through ie not enough coats, also gel same color on toes also not enough coats. my acrylics popped off today and i just decided to take the whole set off myself. when getting the service i noticed that the manicurist seemed.... agitated as if I was an inconvenience to him. what i originally wanted was a french ombre coffin shaped....no where close in shape w a thin pink painted line bordering the nail. no one could do it...which im not understanding how u can paint intricate things like trees and butterflies on a nail....but not a thin outline around the nail? so i said okay we can just do the one color....he shaped the nail wrong the first time and i asked him to redo it he sighed. i knew it was an issue also when he was doing my nails his co workers kept coming around gathering looking at my nails as he did them theyd say something to him in his native language look at me walk off and come nack every few seconds or so as if to check his progress which GOT WORSE. my fault for just sitting there thinking it would improve and no he was not a new employee. i still tipped 5$ even though he attempted to ask me to pay first. would you go to a restaurant or any place and pay for food or etc before being serviced? no? so how dare u ask me. i walked out after so fast never...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible service! I’ve been coming here on and off for years because I’m from a nearby city but I have family here. They have no care about you as a person only the payment you make or card swipe at the end. I keep telling myself I’ll never come back to another tech aside from Vicky or the lady in the first chair (I forget her name) for nails. They are the only 2 women there who can actually do nails here. This woman Loc Le did the most horrendous job on my feet, she never asked what shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut down. She did whatever the hell she felt like then when I asked her at the end of her doing an acrylic fill on my big toenails and completing the gel polish she swiped the top of my toenails twice with the file. Now we all know (or maybe just me because I’m a licensed cosmetologist) that you ask what shape the client would like, cut and file BEFORE polishing. She left my feet ashy with no cuticle oil and half polished toenails with big lumpy acrylic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEY WILL DISAPPOINT AND NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU BEING A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
